It was cheap and you get what you pay for I guess. I bought this 3rd party through Acer and I would never buy straight from Acer again, shipping and customer service was horrendous

I mean come on! For the price you can't go wrong. Packaging was great, you could not tell the monitor was refurb, I would buy again.
