The thermostats were completely done only 2 out of 3 , but i was charged for 3 thermostat installation. I hope bestbuy can fix this for me quicker.

This is so worth $200 a year. Sure you have to buy items at Best Buy but they setup everything and were so friendly. I saved at least a few hours just my first day!

The intial set up was good but shortly after it quit working and I have never been able to successfully get it reconnected to the wifi with out disconnecting the entire thermostat and starting over. Best buy/ geek squad will not come back out to do that without charging alot of $. So I am left with using it in manual mode only.

The instillation was quick and easy. The technician was on time and very helpful.
The agent who installed our Nest thermostat did a great job. He was invested in making them work despite some initial difficulties with our house electrical units.

Does not work. Will not stay connected to Wi-Fi and screen info disappears. Our home was extremely hot as a result of ecobee malfunction and the Geek Squad could not come for 3 days
