Andrew & Derek delivered and set up my Sony Bravia 75” television. I’ve had previous deliveries with Best Buy and they were okay but the guys seemed rushed and just trying to get to the next appointment. Andrew & Derek took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions and double check everything to make sure all of the components were working properly. Great service and nice people together is always a pleasant surprise in today’s busy world.

Bought a tv a month ago still not on my wall. Missed appointments with no communication as to why. A customer advocate group that just gives you a 7-10 day next appointment instead of advocating for customer because the appointment was missed to no by the customer and I’m paying $175 to be treated this way. Still not sure if you’ll come this week and take the 30 minutes at my house to get this done

Lots of miscommunication on the home service of uninstallaing old tv and installing new one. 3 different days i took off work for them to come and eveytime it was just haul away and didnt deliver my tv. I was told they would come uninstall when they delivered the new tv, and they would install the new one and haul away the old. Apparently everyone of those things will be a seperate appt. Needless to say, I purchased this tv on 12/13/2025 and it just got installed 1/14/2026 by hubbys friend. Who also uninstalled the old tv. I dont know why there was so many complications getting my tv here and hooked up, but it was a nightmare! Giving 2 stars because customer service has always been pleasant, the tv is actually amazing and recommend the tv, But the actual in home service its self wasnt great.

Received excellent support from the Best Buy sales staff. I also was impressed with the installation team. They did a fantastic job. Love Best Buy. Best Buy in my opinion is the only place to purchase your electronics from.

This Samsung 85" QN990F is unbelievable! From the picture quality, the sound and the "wireless one" connection, there is no other choice. And a bonus, the ATSC 3.0 tuner decodes off air NextGen for next level picture and sound!

As a loyal BB customer is does pain me to say that the table top setup, TV relocation and TV haul away could/should have been smoother. The vendor stated that the the service order didn't include relocating a TV even though I confirmed then re-confirmed with the BB salesperson and the image of the BB home theater portfolio clearly states that relocating a TV is included.

Good think the BBY rep added the 56" and larger, we always thought it was a 50". Reading the serial plate, assembled here in the USA back in 2003, never looked at the model...KP-57W. Great foresight and thank you to the BBY rep.

I am going to need some replacement as this tv was going to my daughter. It was broken in the exact same spot as the new tv they installed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the TV I bought but would cost me $100 for haul away of the old one. Said he didn't want to chance damaging my doorway and get back to me after checking with boss. No word back. Store said my TV type required more $ for recycling. Going to the curb now.

Initially, my assessment of the Best Buy organization was bad (unacceptable). After waiting more than a week for my 77" LG TV to be delivered, 3-hours before the expected delivery time, I received a call announcing that the TV would not be delivered and I needed to reschedule (and wait another 11-days). I drove to my Best Buy store and Mayela, my salesperson and Aaron the store experience manager went to work. They were unable to find faster delivery using the standard delivery partner, so they reached out to the manager of the Geek Squad (Payam). Late that night, I received a call from Payam to let me know, the TV would be delivered the next day - GREAT. The two Geek Squad team members, Michael and Matthew, were awesome. They carefully brought the TV into my home. I had already secured the mounting plate on studs, so after they removed the factory packaging, they mounted the Sanus brackets and carefully lifted the set to the mounting ring. The whole process took less than 15-minutes. They were truly Professionals... Wonderful!

Very satisfied with this purchase. The picture is very good and the Samsung soundbar/subwoofer is a wonderful addition as well. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient also!

Great experience with the team assigned to me for this service. Excellent communication by the lead (forgot his name) before and during the delivery, installation, and haul away. They were on time, courteous, professional, efficient, and very helpful! Answered all of my questions and took extra time to readjust the tv when I felt it was too low on the wall. They made sure I was happy before they left on a busy day - 2 days before Thanksgiving.

Changing over from a CRT TV that would not fail. I have wanted a new TV for a while, but it would not quit working. Plus a Sony 25 inch flat screen Trinitron TV is about 100 lbs. They send 2 guys, plus we had 4 stairs to go down. We cleaned the area and had all the furniture out of the way ahead of time, then vacuumed once they moved the TV. I told the guy this TV is great for gaming but to heavy to move. I am happy with the new 40 inch samsung they set up in the same area, & only 13 pounds.

These men were so helpful. Thet also had great recommendations to make my appointment work for me. They stayed until i was aware of all my options and wrote down the numbers of products i needed and they recommended. They also took care of letting store what i needed and handled everything before i got to the store. Thank yiu guys for the great service
