I purchased this for my business as a storage closet. It is not labor to be put together. I contacted the company for a refund and to return and they re not wanting to refund. I am getting g the run around. Even though this is on Best Buy’s website, they do not help with this situation. Purchasing this was the biggest mistake ever!!! You would think that a defective item would prompt to refund your money but they are not. Please do not buy this or from this company. I’ve been working on this for days and still haven’t been able to get my money back. They stated they could issue a return label then changed the offer. I just want my money back since this is unusable. Shop elsewhere!
