It vacuums up a lot more debris from the bottom of my above ground pool than I ever expected. It’s a big help to me as I have trouble reaching the middle of the pool. I use it daily and it helps keep my pool clean. I just wish the battery lasted a little longer.

I bought the Aiper Scuba 800W because I'm cheap and my pool was starting to look like a swampy salad bar. For $129.99 (purchased at the blue box store), I figured even if it only lasted a season, it'd be worth not having to hand-scoop leaves while floating on a noodle. Two weeks of daily use in my 18' above-ground pool later, I'm genuinely impressed by how much invisible gunk it finds. I thought my pool was clean until this thing started vomiting grass clippings and what I assume was a long-lost Lego. The best part? It rolls right over the wrinkles in my liner without getting stuck, which is something I've read other budget bots struggle with. The bad part? The charging port is on the bottom, so you have to flip it over like a grumpy turtle and awkwardly shove the plug in. Also, there's no app or notification soyou just have to wander outside and see if it's done or if it's been circling the same spot for 45 minutes. For above-ground pool owners who just want floor cleaning and don't need wall-climbing acrobatics, this is a solid buy. Just keep an eye on it and maybe invest in a yoga mat for the charging struggle.

Great vacuum . I bought another vacuum and it barely worked. Sent it back. I read reviews on the Aiper 800 and it does just what it says. I would highly recommend.
