Missing part parts

Chair came missing arm screws and neither the manufacturer or Best Buy will send them. Instead they offer $10 off of it. I bought this chair as it had arm supports, what comfort is not having a complete product that you ordered?

High office chair

I love my high office chair I use it for crafting over a higher work bench and it’s perfect height. Adjustable and comfortable plus I like the arms and swivel, def enough seat padding and back padding too.
