Good office chair
This chair is supper comfortable and it also have included a massage feature. Even the massage is not a great thing it does the job

No cusion
Got this in the end of October. I can already feel all the bars and hardware in the cusion part. I work from home 3 days a week. Definitely not going to work for me! Sitting on blankets on top of the cushion for now.

Missing parts
Arrive with missing parts, we retuned but apparently the box was empty, is being a nightmare try to figure it out what happened
