Light weight and nice color, afortable and easy to maneuver

The suitcase looks like it is good for very few trips. Its quality is not up to par. However, it is easy to use. Not sure it can handle much weight.

Raised a replacement and still received a 20 inch spinner instead of 24 inch. Tried to request for changing the listing but still not seeing the same on your portal. This is misleading and wrong information.

This product does not travel well; it falls down when the front pockets are full and must be pulled. I bought it so I could walk two suitcases with ease. Having to pull it defeats the purpose of being a spinner suitcase.

FAKE LISTING. Bestbuy delivered the 24inch spinner instead of the 28 inch. They re-assured me and said they are shipping a new one. The new one was again a 24 inch. Now Its been over 2 weeks since my original and I have to be the one who has to go down to the store and return this on my time and money just to get my OWN MONEY BACK. Best Buy can only offer a "SORRY". Totally absurd.

Great, lightweight, took to Japan as carry on and was easy to pull and stand upright.

LUGGAGE deal! Looking to replace a large piece of luggage and we did just that without breaking the bank! Does what we need it to do and it is pretty good quality for the money.

Should've read the reviews and specs. This is for a 24" suitcase! The bestbuy item title is extremely misleading as it says 28". Another reviewer had the same problem. I contacted bestbuy customer service thru chat and they were completely unhelpful. They wouldn't offer expedited replacement unless I paid extra for shipping. I'm leaving for my trip soon and ask if I could return incorrect item after I return, but they would not extend their meager 15 day return timelne. Will be making a trip to return in store thanks to bestbuy's error. Although not sure if the misleading item descriptor is due to BB or american tourister.

Buyer beware. Maiden voyage for this suitcase. Zipper to the main storage pocket broke completely off. 4,000 miles from home and going to have to bungee cord it or McGyver it to get back home with my clothes. The case was not even packed full.

Suitcase is advertised as 24" but it ships as 20". It is a carry on not a checked bag which is what 24" should be. I waited a month for it to come in and it arrived as the 20" - 3 days before Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift! Terrible customer experience and misleading advertising. Best Buy did nothing but try to argue that it was the right piece.

As expected! Perfect size since it’s not too big and not too small.

Great luggage for the price. Wheels roll extra smooth. Small enough to fit in overhead bin. Plenty of space and compartments. Decent quality materials. Would buy again.

Nice light weight standard sized cabin bag that you can carry on in a flight. Easy to maneuver and lightweight.

Lots of space and side compartments. The zipper is solid, and the wheels don't lock/freeze up, making for a smooth experience. Expandable side and handles for carrying and lifting into place to access.

Good bag for the price, the blue color is easily distinguishable on the luggage belt

Purchased this suitcase two times, and was shipped the 20" instead of the 24" both times.
