This is a good food scale to weigh your food to help you track your calories. I like the flat surface so you are able to place cowls or plates on top of it and still see the weight.

I love the idea of having a dual scale for big measurements and small. If you’re baking, you can weigh both your flour and your salt! However, it does have a couple issues, and I’m not sure i would buy again. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t seem to be consistent — you can weigh the same thing three times and get three different measurements, off by around 5 grams. The other issue is that the scale’s auto off is pretty quick. This becomes an issue when making things like pour over coffee.
