I've been using the Anker Portable charger for about 3 weeks and it works better than I thought. I have two iPhones and use them a lot thru out the day since im a developer. The 20,000 mAh charges both my phones X3 most smartphones only use 3,000 mAh for a full charge. The price is great and even comes with a real nice black mesh bag and the charging cable. "Highly Recommend"

It charges great. I used it on 4 phones throughout the day and it had plenty of charge left. I travelled with it in my backpack so it was fine. It’s a bit big for a small purse. Having two usb outlets is great, just be sure to take 2 usb cables along. If you’re hiking in wet weather I strongly suggest storing the charger in a ziploc bag.

This charger surprised me. I took with me to Greece (there were a lot of purchases made for this trip see other reviews lol) I had this and a Mycharge mini battery that plugs into the wall. I had my sister (world traveler like myself) and my aunt and mom (New to international travel) and I knew that while my sister and I knew to bring converters my mom and aunt would not. Charging it took forever! I was warned about this beforehand and did a little research to expedite this. There is a five port charger made by the same company and it has two special ports that decrease charging times significantly (was true to form). I used both religiously in Greece when we weren’t near a plug and didn’t want to lug around my adapter. I handed the Mycharge to my mom and aunt and they used it for about two days before I had to plug it in. The Anker charged two iPads and two iPhones for two days almost three before needing a recharge. Without the 5port the charging from zero to full took about a day, the port cut the time down to 8 hours or less. Now my sister wants one. Pros capacity (you can do 6-8 phones, 2 ipads, a computer with the appropriate usb all with ease), size (wasn’t too big but not small and it comes with this cute little accessory pouch), price (it was 49.99 and with the buy three accessories get 25% off it came to 38 bucks), even at full price it’s a steal for a 20k battery. Cons takes forever to charge (expected for such a large battery), buyin the other accessory is necessary (do not buy the combo pack for 100 buying the five port and the Anker battery was waaay cheaper and you get five frigging ports. You can’t charge it and have a device attached to it for charging (didn’t care as much because I got five friggin ports lol) Get it (and the five port) you will be glad you did especially for long car trips, travel and if you have as much tech as me and never enough USB ports.

TLDR: If size is a concern and capacity or charging speed etc isnt top priority and just want anything tiny that charges even if only for a few minutes - this isnt for you. if you want long-lasting (in regards to the available charge capacity and product itself) thats issue free on every level and lasts days even with constant use and over years, compatible with every type of phone even ones yet to be introduced to the market - the size pails in comparison and the price is remarkable AND DONT BUY ANY OTHER EXTERNAL BATTERY! I've purchased 3 of these over the last few years and countless other external batteries of every brand through owning an iPhone 7plus and Samsung note 9. The only reason I've purchased 3 - is I refuse to buy any other external batteries despite the price and could buy a cheap smaller capacity one and at the moment needed charging asap aka if I forgot mine in some situation and cant get home or wherever to get it. These charge my phone countless times and last someone who's constantly on their device over several days, sometimes weeks, depending on your lifestyle. Before realizing the difference in the charging speed associated with the output when I switched to a Samsung note 9, I already loved my anker and this SPECIFIC model. Now, it's the only external that I've used which has quick charging in addition to having a huge capacity and also have ALL lasted over a few years or more without a single issue EVER (I'm sure theyve updated slightly over the years but I really think I purchased the first one a few years ago of the same capacity with 2 outputs and one of quicker charging output for an iPad etc.) I've been through SO many cords, even phones at this point but this is one of the most, if not, THE MOST reliable product let alone one that's electronic I've ever owned. its maintained the usefulness as new phones have come and gone then just as quickly as their predecessors for newer models - which is hard to imagine honestly. People comment is bulky - it's not small but for the power and use its amazingly compact. I keep one in my purse always or bag I have on me. it has AMAZING capacity, quick charging speeds, charging that lasts days to weeks or months (depending on your personal use - but even those constantly on a device it will last days minimum and those on the other end rarely using an external battery except emergencies could last months), highly compatible with ALL phones including new phones as they're introduced (iOS and Android), and charges 2 devices simultaneously on top of it all. must buy for anyone buying an external battery!! size is the only downside and if that 1 issue is your requirement - that's the only reason this wouldnt be the external battery for you.

Needed to upgrade my portable power bank. This has two ports so two can charge simultaneously. Both seem to be quick charging and fully charge my phone from 15% to full in less than two hours. I've charged my phone to full three times and a few lesser charges before needing to recharge which takes a good few hours. I charged it overnight. It is heavy. Not something easily carried in a pocket. In addition, it comes with a nice carry bag. Unfortunately, the charger is slippery in the bag and has slipped out on me before. Over all, it's a fantastic charger that gives me confidence in always having my phone ready

I thought I was making a huge mistake because the price was way lower than the rest like Mophie, Insignia (which I think is Best Buy’s genetic brand) , and the Samsung packs. Oddly enough this worked way better than I thought. I used to hold the sentiment that battery packs were stupid, but then we were going to Orlando, Florida and I knew my phone junkie self wouldn’t be able to find an outlet in the parks. So I bought this one knowing my phone’s battery was gonna bleed with all the video and photos I’d be shooting. I also thought in a worse case scenario if my SUV broke down along the way even though it is new I should keep a battery for emergency purposes. Like if a wreck occurred I couldn’t go back in the car expecting the battery to work. Anyway this worked awesome. Took a while to charge up which made me anxious bc I started charging it last minute but it lasted a long time. It didn’t discharge or die in the heat of Florida either like I thought it might bc it was cheap. I’ll be honest. I expected this thing to work for only like 2 Charges. But nah I’d charge my device, my brother would bring his back to 100%, and my cousin charged his. And it still had 3 out of its 4 lights active at the end of the day. It’s a smart buy.

I think this is the best portable charger there is out there. It has a smaller size compared to other brands that has the same power, not to mention that the price is cheaper too! It charges my phone very quickly. Once fully charged, this charger lasts for a few days after numerous times of use. The only downside is it will take 1-2 days to fully charge this charger. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it to anyone and I promise you that you will get your money’s worth!

I bought this portable charger for a recent trip to Italy. I had a number of electronic devices with me on the trip, and with full days planned needed to make sure that I had the juice to keep all these devices charged and ready. This charger can charge two devices as the same time. One of the ports is a fast charger, which I used for my Samsung Galaxy S9+. The fast charger was fast, easily able to top off the phone in a short period of time. The other port I used for charging my camera or other devices. The size is perfect for putting in the pocket of a travel backpack. It does weight a bit more than a pound, but I consider that weight worth it for the amount of charging capacity available. Overall, I had plenty of power to keep my devices charged on this trip. I would highly recommend the Anker PowerCore.

I purchased one of these batteries for a Christmas present for my daughter. She is a heavy phone user and was always needing to charge her phone. This fulfilled the need. It has 2 USB charge ports. One of which supports fast charging. It really does fast charge. It supports Android and Apple phones, and pretty much anything else that needs a USB port to charge. It does take awhile to charge this thing up. Using a 3000 mah charger, (The one I use to fast charge wirelessly) takes around 6 to 9 hours to fully charge. It worked so well for her, I bought one for myself. The only thing I would want changed, is the power meter to be numerical percentage, like 100 - 00. My ten dollar battery has that feature. It is pretty heavy, like a quality product, heavy. Fits in my back jeans pocket fine. I do not recommend sitting on it, nor dropping it. So yeah, go ahead and get one.

I love this portable charger - for my job I am always on the phone away from an outlet. Having this with me allows me to focus more on the work than worrying about getting my phone power while on the job. It's durable, and the two usb ports allows me to charge my ipad at the same time...very quickly. It can charge my phone and ipad for several cycles.

I go camping and take long trips regularly; and when I'm out on the road or in the woods plugs for my phones can be difficult to find. This battery has been a perfect addition to help keep my electronics charged easily. Both me and my girlfriend were able to get several full charges for our phones (iphone 8, moto android, and vape) for a total of 4-5 charges. I kept expecting the battery to give out but it still had charge after 3 days in the woods. I also really love that it has 2 usb ports so we're not fighting over it. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for people with phones or gadgets that can charge with usb. It's price is paltry compared to the longevity and quality of the battery and I doubt I'll need a new one for several years. It's also made quite sturdily so you don't have to worry about babying it. I wouldn't suggest dropping it repeatedly, but for daily regular use it's great. It's also super light and has a slim profile so it can even fit in my (admittedly large) pockets. Great buy!

Bought this to replace my $90 one that has been through better days. The only thing I do not like about this charger in comparison to my old one is that I can plug it into any outlet and it would charge up and charge my phone at the same time. This one does not. Although, I do get more charges out of this one in comparison to my old one. Charge time is also extremely slow for the brick itself. Charge times to the phone are fast. I like that it comes with a protection sleeve for transporting. This thing is heavy as well. Overall, good charger.

I gave this charger a 5 star bc I have literally bought 4 before this one and all have broke before 1-2 months. This is still going strong. There are 4 lights to indicate how much charge is left. The cord to charge it with is very short but hey, to me (if that makes sense) at this point I don't care, it is quite heavy but I carry it in a bag w other things I (haul) around. It charges, I think quicker than my other ones did. It charges my phone a lot faster than my other ones did. So it is a double plus for me. The fact that it is still working I am ecstatic!

I bought this for a trip I was taking that required a lot of time in airports. It was a life-saver. I used it more than I thought I would. It takes a bit to charge, as the battery pack is larger than most and holds a lot of charge. I charged it one time and used it for about a week and maybe 5-7 charges. When it got down to one bar I charged it again overnight and it has held the charge ever since. It offers two USB outlets to charge items simultaneously, and charges about as quick as a regular power outlet. It is larger than many others, so it doesn't necessarily fit well in your pant pocket, but it's fine if you've got a back-pack or coat on. If you want more battery power, you're gonna give up on size. If you only want a couple charges, get a smaller pack that would fit in your pocket!
