Product was delivered March 1st. Today is April 24th and I'm still having trouble getting it to work. It turns on but when I try to unlock it a numerical keypad comes up asking for a password. I searched the owners manual and online with no luck.

I actually love it. I bought it for myself for Chrismas actually.

It is a very affordable tablet that is useful for scanning social media, searching the web, and using Copilot. Some apps (like Blink) don't seem to do well--they freeze up or don't respond to taps. Also, the screen is less sensitive to taps and scrolls than the Ipad. But the processor is quite fast and for the price a very useful unit. One feature that is very helpful for travel is that it still will accept a wired set of earbuds. Also, it comes with many tools such as keyboard and mouse.

overall its good for the price. sometimes its slow to connect to the wifi and keyboard. and the screen light is little dim. but it works well.

honestly, I'm not to good at technology. but this was a quick and easy set up. i like being able to use the keyboard where ever i am. easy to connect to the wifi and to the keyboard itself. even earbuds. I see no issue with this for it's price, good battery life. honestly i tend to use this thing to write things on google docs or to search up whatever. and since it's bigger it's just nicer that i can watch videos full screen and away from my face. if you wanna buy it for a kid or a teen sure go for it. I think it'd even help with school work. i'm even thinking about buying another one for a friends birthday,
