Mattress is surprisingly good! And honestly better than expected. The sides stay pretty firm if you like to be up to the very edge, it puffed up pretty even and to size specified, it's pretty middle of the road between firmness and softness and that worked out quite well for our tastes. I can't say too much about the cooling aspect because we normally have our room pretty cold, but given we use fleece sheets, it's not as warm as you'd expect so I'd say maybe the cooling factor does help. Overall it's a decent mattress from the price, and who knew Best Buy sold mattresses lol
