eview: The 13-inch iPad Air (2024) is the "Goldilocks" Tablet You've Been Waiting For For years, if you wanted a 13-inch iPad, you had to pay "Pro" prices. With the 2024 13-inch iPad Air (M2), Apple has finally delivered the expansive, pro-level screen real estate in a more accessible, refined package. After extensive use, I can confidently say this is the best all-around tablet for most people, artists, and students, offering exceptional value for money. Stunning Large-Screen Experience The first thing you notice is the gorgeous 13-inch Liquid Retina display. It is bright (600 nits), sharp, and vibrant, covering the P3 wide color gamut. While it lacks the 120Hz ProMotion and OLED tech of the Pro, it is a stunning panel that makes multitasking, watching movies, and drawing with the Apple Pencil Pro feel immersive. It also features a useful anti-reflective coating, making it versatile for indoor lighting conditions. Desktop-Class Performance Supercharged by the M2 chip, this iPad Air flies through tasks. Whether I was editing 4K video in Final Cut Pro, managing multiple apps in Stage Manager, or playing graphics-intensive games, the device handled everything without stuttering. It provides blistering performance for everyday tasks and creative workflows, proving it is far more than just a media consumption device. Design and Productivity Despite its massive screen, the iPad Air maintains a slim, lightweight aluminum design that feels premium. The biggest upgrade to user experience is the landscape-oriented front-facing camera with Center Stage, which keeps you perfectly framed during video calls. It supports the Apple Pencil Pro (offering haptic feedback and barrel roll features) and the Magic Keyboard, essentially turning it into a powerful, portable, 13-inch laptop replacement. Battery and Convenience Battery life is excellent, lasting through a full day of mixed usage, including video playback, note-taking, and web browsing. Touch ID remains in the top button, offering fast and secure biometric authentication. Verdict The 13-inch iPad Air (2024) is the "Goldilocks" of the Apple lineup: it is not underpowered, nor is it overpriced for its quality. For creatives, students, or anyone who wants a massive screen without the Pro price tag, this is the ultimate tablet choice. Pros: Gorgeous 13-inch, anti-reflective Liquid Retina display. Incredible M2 chip performance. Landscape front camera is perfect for video calls. Supports Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard. Long battery life. Cons: 60Hz refresh rate (no ProMotion). Base storage can feel limiting for power users. Final Rating: 5/5 Stars - Highly Recommended.

The 13-inch iPad Air (M3) is fantastic! The larger screen makes multitasking, drawing, and watching content a joy, bright, sharp, and easy on the eyes. The M3 chip is incredibly fast; everything from note-taking to light video editing runs smoothly with zero lag. Battery life easily lasts a full day, and it stays cool even with heavy use. Build quality is premium as always, thin, lightweight, and feels great in hand. I paired it with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil, and it truly feels like a mini laptop when I need it to. It’s perfect for students, creatives, or anyone who wants serious performance in a sleek, portable tablet.

I recently upgraded to the M3 iPad Air and I’m very impressed with the performance and battery life. Everything feels extremely fast and smooth, from streaming videos to multitasking and taking notes. The display is bright and clear, and the iPad itself is very lightweight and easy to carry around. I also like how quickly apps open and how responsive it feels when switching between tasks. The battery lasts me all day with normal use, which is great for school, work, and travel. The design looks clean and premium, and setup was very simple. Overall, this iPad Air exceeded my expectations and feels powerful without being too bulky. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable tablet for everyday use, studying, entertainment, or productivity.

I’m not a big techie but wanted something larger and portable to be able to stream on vacation as they have no tvs. Also to follow social media and a few games. The screen is great pretty simple to operate even for dummies like me and all my phone apps transferred onto it easily. The size is convenient for my carry on bag. Just wish the charging cable was the same as I currently have for iPhones but it’s not which is a minor inconvenience. Over all satisfied with the purchase and function of the iPad Air 13. I also like using the pen on the iPad which you can find much cheaper not using Apple only accessories. So far so good on the battery life I charge every 3 days or so.

The 13-inch iPad Air M3 strikes the perfect balance by offering a massive, gorgeous screen without the steep price tag of the Pro model. This expanded display makes split-screen multitasking and watching media incredibly immersive and comfortable. Powered by the M3 chip, the device delivers lightning-fast performance that effortlessly handles demanding apps and future-proof features. Additionally, the landscape-oriented front camera is a brilliant design upgrade that finally makes video calls look natural. Despite its large footprint, the iPad Air remains remarkably thin and lightweight with an impressive battery that easily lasts all day.

As a student, the iPad Air with M3 chip and Apple Intelligence is an exceptional device that seamlessly integrates into my academic life. From its sleek design to its powerful performance, every aspect of this tablet is thoughtfully crafted to enhance productivity and make studying more enjoyable. Design: The first thing that strikes me about the iPad Air is its stunning, lightweight design. The 13-inch display is sharp, bright, and vivid making it perfect for reading books, writing notes and watching videos. The display also makes it good for gaming because of the vivid and sharp graphics. Multitasking: Multitasking between apps is also smooth, allowing me to switch effortlessly between taking notes, browsing the web, and browsing content. Battery: I can go through a full day of lectures and study sessions without worrying about recharging. I think the iPad Air with M3 chip is a good investment for students or those who work online. It is a good tool for learning and productivity.

After putting off upgrading for the last couple of years, I finally bought a new iPad from Best Buy — and I’m kicking myself for waiting this long. This thing is exactly what I needed. It’s fast, the screen is gorgeous, the battery lasts forever, and everything just works so smoothly compared to my old one. Setup was quick, and Best Buy made the whole experience super easy. I’ve already used it for work, streaming, and organizing life in general, and it’s been a total game-changer. If you’ve been debating an upgrade… don’t wait like I did. You’ll be glad you finally made the jump.

I’ve been using this tablet daily and it’s been a strong performer. Apps open fast, multitasking is smooth, and the screen looks sharp with vibrant colors. Battery life holds up well for school and streaming. Light and easy to carry. Only thing I noticed is the speakers could be a little louder and it takes a bit longer to charge than expected. Still, overall a great device for work, school, and entertainment. Would recommend.

Traded in my iPad 10 for this new iPad Air and I’ve loved it so much. The screen size and processing speed has made the biggest difference. The battery life is amazing and the sound is even better. I don’t use a tv so having everything I could need on one iPad is phenomenal. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it to get the 13’ I would say 100% go for it.

I made the right choice for my first iPad. I really didn’t know just how big the screen is. The resolution is amazing! The speed, the power, the battery life is amazing.

Got this iPad to use for sports betting to be honest. The battery life last all day. The M3 Chip makes everything run smoothly. The 13 inches is just a perfect size for visibility and watching movies lol.

I am very happy with this iPad Air M4. The display is bright and beautiful, the performance is fast, and the battery lasts all day. It is perfect for taking notes, studying, watching videos, and everyday use. I highly recommend it.

I was stuck between the Pro series with the 13in screen or the Air series … safe to say I picked correctly for what I need. I can watch all my favorite shows on the larger screen (I have not updated for over 7-8 years), the Apple Pencil Pro works seamlessly with the iPad, the sound is loud and clear, and the battery life is great! I bought the Magic Keyboard and it makes it like a MacBook without MacBook money! Overall: great purchase if you want the screen size but not all the technical features of the pro series.

Awesome! Faster and better graphics / display than my previous iPad. More battery life. Larger, too!!

Works great ! Has long battery life and live the big screen

Device is great, battery life can drain a little quicker than preferred. I use my iPad for school with keyboard attachments. And won’t have to charge more than once a week but really skimping by the last day or so on low battery. Overall fantastic! Quick and does everything a laptop you would use for school would do and then some. I like the freedom and range of motion I get from having an iPad vs packing around a laptop I need to find a surface to stabilize it on. Worth it.

10/10 it’s a good item, The iPad is a powerful and versatile tablet that balances performance, portability, and ease of use. Its display is sharp and vibrant, making it excellent for watching videos, browsing the web, reading, and creative work like drawing or photo editing. The performance is smooth and responsive, handling multitasking and demanding apps with ease.

As a college student this iPad has made taking notes 10x easier. I was using a MacBook Pro for college but this product has helped improve my studying and note taking skills. This iPad is big enough to almost be able to replace a laptop. I would purchase this product again and wish I purchased it sooner.

I primarily use my iPad for digital art, and this particular iPad is undoubtedly one of the best options available for this purpose. It features a stunning display and exceptional battery life, making it highly recommended to digital artists seeking high-quality and feature-rich devices.

Big Ipad. Favorite Ipad. Good Working Ipad. Portability is questionable with Big Ipad. Ipad Kid is me. Expensive Ipad, but it’s an Ipad, so what can you expect.
