The item was as described. I think they could have spent a couple extra and included a keyboard and mouse that was at least usable. I love the display and after replacing the processor with an i7, upped the ram to 32gb and added a solid state hard drive it is a really nice performing machine

Purchased refurbished PC based on price and discussion of my needs with sales tech. PC received in clean cosmetic condition. Service tech (Geek squad) did a thorough check after discussing data transfer from my old PC. PC is working well and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

When I was online getting ready to purchase this computer, I was chatting with the online assistant. I was very clear that the sole intention of this computer is to be used for music production and I will need to upgrade the ram to 32 gb. I asked if the geek squad will be able to do that for me. The online person said “absolutely, no problem”. When I received the computer the keyboard was not a Mac keyboard. I took it to the geek squad and they said they can not install the ram because of the model of the computer they would have to remove the screen, and they simply don’t do that. It was a complete waste of time. Also in the initial setup of the computer it was extremely slow. For example, I had to do a force quit 3 times just in the initial setup (selecting language and country, all of that basic stuff) once I got passed all of that, just to open an icon on the desktop it would take about 7 to 8 seconds to open whatever I clicked on (and that’s me being generous). Buyer beware!!

I just wish for the mouse to scroll like that of a windows computer. The backward scrolling confuses me a bit.

The desktop itself is fine. The keyboard and mouse you sent with it were pieces of junk, not the Apple products I expected to accompany it. Couldn't you include at least a 2017 Apple keyboard and mouse? What you sent was insulting.

Love this MacBook ! To say it’s refurbished, it’s work perfectly fine ! So glad I purchased it . My spoused loved his Christmas gift.

A great product, but I couldn’t get it to sync with my MacBook Air.

Works as it should, no issues and my only complaint was I didn’t receive an apple keyboard or mouse/trackpad but some flimsy crap keyboard & mouse but was able to get those items elsewhere. Very happy with the Mac itself

Exceptional; looks brand new and was easy to set up. However. The keyboard and wired mouse are cheap. So I ordered a used wireless keyboard and mouse, but it would connect via Bluetooth.

I received my refurbished iMac only to find that it arrived with a PC keyboard (complete with the windows key) and it, along with the mouse, are not compatible with this machine. A replacement keyboard and mouse can't be sent separately so I would either have to pack up and send back the entire system and wait 2 weeks for a replacement or walk into a best buy and hope they have a replacement available to make an exchange.

Excellent, I purchased this computer for our store it could not be more perfect. Excellent condition brand new. We are so pleased. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Wrong power cord was sent along with the absolute crappiest bluetooth keyboard and mouse available on the market. I couldn't even get the keyboard to work. Very disappointing.

I am VERY pleased with my "new" computer. I didn't realize how slow my old one had got.

The Item arrive at your store, I picked it up, I then unpacked it (to Install it and I notice 2 things 1) was missing a power cord 2) the screen did not look write (there were marks on it, call the Geek Squad, They told me to take it back to the store, Geek Squad cleaned the screen and tried to start it. It seem to not start. Tried to exchange it thru customer service, Was not able to replace it, so was refunded purchase. When I got home checked Best Buy, it showed computer on the web but all were sold out.

I have been using this iMac and it does everything it should and more
