Apple - Refurbished Excellent - 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter with Magnetic DC Connector (for MacBook Pro with Retina display) - White

While I knew this was a refurbished item, did not know it was coming from some 3rd party seller; and when I got it and was going to use it as back up in alternate home office location a few weeks later (was traveling), learned it was wrong item for my MacBookAir. It was within 30 days that I tried to return to both store and the 3rd party seller. At which point, learned it was not within the "normal" return window. Would've just exchanged for correct item, but they did not have. So now I am stuck with $50+ of equipment I can't use. Thought I was buying from Best Buy...but instead penalized by them using a 3rd party seller. Extremely disappointing customer service all the way around! Should've just paid for brand new equipment from Apple or even Amazon, who would've accepted return for wrong item. I try to stay loyal to brick & mortar stores or on-line from same if not available in store; and in this case was not worth that effort at all!
