I bought this computer not being able to decide whether to invest in a laptop or desktop. I remember using these huge Mac’s with 27” display in university and so I actually was able to find the same kind. I bought it for around 800usd and it came in perfect condition, I’m so happy I chose best buy

I may have to return this item for the following reasons : 1. I’ve been locked out of the computer after attempting to update the OS. 2. The keyboard/mouse that came with it is inefficient and also some of the keys don’t work. 3. So far, no one I contacted at Best Buy via telephone can point me in the right direction to correct this situation.

Of course it’s perfect! It’s a MAC! I am so grateful for the Best Buy team helping me pick my items for my new business. I will be buying a printer soon.

Works in great quality, im very impressed with the product

I purchased my iMac computer a few weeks ago. It was like having a brand new one and had all the bells and whistles. I had one that was built for me in 2016 as a Christmas gift and my husband wanted to surprise me, yes he Did. It was breaking down, slowly, and while I did read the news and played games on it, I missed all the adhere to that my new one has. Someone asked me why I would buy a refurbished one, and I just mentioned it is Certified, so that's good as gold.

Refurbished iMac came in the box with a keyboard and mouse but no power cord. Called best buy for help and they couldn’t do anything. I’ve had issues with shipping on other products in the past that created issues, I would rather buy a power cord than ask for help with this too. Happy with the computer itself, just not happy I couldn’t even use it.

I returned the product because the Apple store strongly recommended that I do so. They said a lot of BestBuy Apple products were locked by small businesses and took a long time to fix. They also said it will retire in the next year or 2. I returned the iMac even though I was looking forward to finally getting on MacOS and a 5K screen, and it took forever for my order to be refunded. I used return to sender method so I never touched the product, the tracking said it went to my 'local' Bestbuy but I still had to wait several days before the $800+ was refunded to me. I think that's wrong. If I never touched the package and the store received it unopened, they should refund the cx whether it arrives at the location of shipping or not.

Fantastic. Love it. Big beautiful screen, For old eyes its a real joy, I did add on a Samsung TB

Outstanding value for a very good computer. Bought it for my Stepmother who loves the bigger screen.

Great product for a fraction f the price... Only issue I have is that the keyboard is small and not Apple made.

Was not compatible as described . Had to wait 1 month for discount on product to compensate .

I was really hoping this would work out! i don’t need the latest and the greatest but after migrating my data from another machine, it wouldn’t take my password ! i had to return it!

So far so good! Looks new and runs great. Came with wired mouse and keyboard.
