Too many dents on the back for a pre-owned ipad even though it was not a class B. Performance is alright but the main thing as well was packaging wash trash bubble wrap and box was not even sealed or at least taped up. When I picked up my item it was half way open barely fitting in the box i’m not sure if it’s because someone checked it or swap but i was tired from work, the place was 30 mins away from work and home. just want to get out of the store. I would send a picture of all the angles because all corners has dents but this website keep refreshing whenever i try this is my fifth attempt and it’s frustrating so whatever.

I absolutely love this iPad! The screen is super clear and bright, and it runs really fast. It’s perfect for watching videos, browsing the web, drawing, or even doing some light work. The battery lasts all day, and it’s very easy to carry around. If you’re looking for a tablet that does it all, this is the one. Highly recommend!

It is a tablet that, for the price, you cannot ask for more. If you want it to give it to someone, I do not recommend it since it comes with a scratch. However, if you want it for children to use, it is fine for the price since you put a good cover on it.

Remember that purple dinosaur named Barnie, that always sing and dance, that's how my kid feels about this Apple product...

Unable to update software so new versions of apps not supporting. Still good for casual use

The iPad is good, I noticed the battery life is not that great, but okay. I had problems in getting a cover that was twice recommended by your website and Best Buy employee. I returned the cover twice and the third time got the correct one.

This is the first Apple iPad I have ever purchased (as a gift). It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. As a pre-owned item I did find the tiniest of scratches on the far side of the screen, but other than that it is in perfect condition.

I didn't want to pay too much for a new IPad. the price was OK. I trust Best Buy even though there were comparable IPads for less money.

Started a business and have a square stand that only takes the original iPad Air 2 as the newer ones are a bit smaller. My old one wouldn't hold a charge so I went to trade it in at Best Buy and luckily they were able to order this one for me. Works great and back in business.

Great value and in great condition. Needed a replacement for a broken model and this was the same cost as a screen replacement.

BestBuy doesn’t sell this refurbished IPads - it’s from a company called JemJem and my first order had a defective battery. I returned that and ordered another one, figured it was just bad luck. 2nd iPad shows up with a cracked screen, and after contacting them they say that is to be expected since it’s refurbished - even though I ordered one in “EXCELLENT” condition.
