The ipad was in great condition when it arrived. It had no detectable scratches on the body or screen. The buttons click as they should. And it runs perfectly smoothly. The battery health was also good, so the ipad was as good as could be. The only small issue, which wasn't worth deducting a point since the ipad was in such good condition, was that the charger doesn't work. It doesn't charge my ipad, air pods, mouse, or laptop. No device, apple or otherwise, accepts it or gets charged by it.

I bought this for my son who is in college. It came in nearly brand new condition, he was thrilled!
