Not going to lie, I was a bit afraid at first of the refurbished title but the iPad was in pristine condition. Everything worked like new. Buttons, screen were all great. No scratches, no small cracks. The battery life is great, it lasts me for 3 days or 2 at the least depending how long I use it for. I have had it for more than a year and still no problems.

Although it didn’t come in the apple box, the ipad itself was in perfect condition and has given me no problems whatsoever. I s had it for probably a year now! It works great and it’s pretty high speed.

They didnt refurbish anything on this. Screen is all scratched up, there is a chunk of aluminum missing. Back is all scratched. Absolute joke

The iPad Pro runs like new—fast, smooth, and handles multitasking well. Face ID and the display are top-tier. As a refurbished unit, mine had a small scuff on the back, but the screen was flawless and battery life was strong. Great value for the price, especially if you pair it with a Pencil or keyboard.

This is my iPad Pro I loved because it’s super fast you can take great pictures from it and it’s got a good amount of storage

I gave 3 stars because everything was perfect until I found 1 flaw that forced me to return it. I didn't get my SmartCover until a week or 2 later and it was only then I found the problem. Other than that the iPad met or exceeded all my expectations. I suspect this iPad was originally returned for just this reason and either it wasn't correctly documented or the Geek Squad didn't read it. That it was stripped down (no cover) and everything except that was inspected and tested.

iPad works great I use it everyday. Only one small scratch.

I could not handle the eye strain of the M4 dual OLEDs so I got this used M2. It is perfect. As long as the display and battery last I am perfectly fine with it. Hopefully they will update Airs with single layer Oled and FaceID. That would be ideal.

I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished item, but this one exceeded my expectations. The battery health was still excellent, and there were no apparent issues with the screen or hardware, making it appear as if it were brand new.

I already own two of these and purchased a third. It is really the perfect iPad from a size perspective and I like the fact that Apple reduced the size of the bezel. It gets great battery life and I am able to use the device on a single charge for almost the entire day. But I would obviously purchase again and do recommend the device.

This iPad Pro is very fast and efficient, however the battery life is poor on these models. They drain very quickly
