The iPad was like brand new. Not a mark in the screen or even the back of the device. Battery life seems similar to my brand new iPhone and much better than my 2018 iPad Pro. Best Buy refurbished has exceeded my expectations. The only complaint would be charger cord they supplied was for an old style iPad before 2019 and this is a 2023 iPad Pro. I can use it for my old iPad and I have enough USB-C cords around so it really wasn’t a problem. It appeared to be a brand new Apple charger that still had the Apple biodegradable wrap on the plug which will work with any other USB-C charger. The cord is longer than Apple supplies and still valuable to me for my older devices. I’m sure they would have replaced it for me if I asked but I’m so happy with the iPad it was unnecessary. AI recommended BestBuy refurbished over cheaper options and I’m glad I went with Best Buy refurbished.

2 Week Review I got this iPad on The Begining on December and I love it! I would recommend getting this iPad instead of buying the latest iPad Pro for ridiculously prices this one is it! This is not a scam the packaging is not original since it’s referbished but includes the iPad w/ charge and brick

Was doubtful about this product but when it arrived it was perfect
