iPad works very well, very powerful, and works well for day to day tasks. It is very light, and thin, so it is very portable. It came in a nice box, with a brick and charging cable. Highly recommend.

Despite the few bumps and dents on the corners and top it looks brand new. works great and i nice upgrade from a ipad 6th generation. The screen alone was worth the upgrade.

I was a bit skeptical about it being refurbished, but I was wrong. The iPad was in perfect condition and with 100% battery life. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Bought this twice from Best Buy, returned both times. 1st time the ipad came loosely wrapped in one sheet of bubble wrap and was scratched on screen and back. 2nd time ipad came sealed in one of those plastic sheets , but the camera bump was shattered and smashed in the corner. How is this considered acdeptable quality for a "refurbished unit?!"

It was honestly better than I expected. I thought that the battery would be super old but when I took it to Apple, they said it was 100 percent health which was a surprise to me. Also, the thing has AppleCare for some reason even though I didn’t buy it? It looked super brand new coming out of the box but there are some very small scratches on the front screen, but so unnoticeable to where I would have to seriously look for them.

Refurb but looks and feels new, battery health was 100%, very close in performance to current gen ipad pros.

The tablet arrived in very good condition. As long as it arrives in the same condition, I recommend purchasing.

It arrived in very good condition, the battery life is excellent. The M2 processor is very good in the big 26 and the thunderbolt connectivity makes everything easier for peripherals and accessories like high end monitors and storage.

The iPad's appearance looks flawless (refurbished model). The performance is good as new. Touchscreen, pencil attachment - perfect. Deliver faster than estimation. I just not happy with the policy that sometimes prohibits certain item to be available for shipping.

Great option for people wanting an iPad Pro that do not have the money to get one brand new for full price. Came in great condition, no original box but came with original accessories. Screen didn't have noticeable scratches, and body had minimal noticeable cosmetic issues.

I bought this iPad 12.9 on Best Buy‘s website refurbished by their care team. It works really well when I received it in the box it looked brand new. So I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a good deal on the Apple tablet.

Looking for a 12.9 inch iPad was actually a cinch! Purchased it and arrived on my doorstep within a week. I live remotely so it was great to unboxed it and find it in super condition. I always find Best Buy to be top-notch and highly recommend them, always! Thanks again and will be back from my next purchase...☺️

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything. Amazing but the device was flawless. No scratches no dense in perfect condition.
