I used the chat to speak with “customer service “ and the person seemed to have trouble communicating the situation and then the chat was “interrupted “. So now I have to call and see what my options are. I transferred all of my data on the “new” iPad and also purchased a case and screen protector, which I might have to send back. I did not receive what was advertised and what I paid for.
