Great refurbished item. I have not had any problem with the iPad since I got it. It works well as if it was new. Would have been great if I actually got a power brick and apple cable and not a cheap one though.

Bestbuy sold me a stolen IPad, not two days after I activated it, the carrier service stopped working where I was on a work trip. Initially I thought the problem was with my carrier, only to find out that it has been reported stolen and I spent 10 hours going between T mobile, Verizon, BestBuy and Apple trying to figure out who can unlock it. At the end the BestBuy agent said “you are beyond return and we cannot replace it” tough luck.
