This iPad is GREAT! Looks brand new, not a scratch, works great. I knew these wouldn’t come with original packaging, but the packaging was EXCEPTIONAL! They used strong, high quality air cushions. (Note: I also ordered a smaller iPad at the same time & it was not packed as good as this one). They also provided Best Buy branded cord and charger. I really appreciate these details in the packaging. No regrets!

I bought this because it fit my budget and i was hesitant about getting a refurbished one but I was thoroughly surprised when it looked brand new with a minor scratch that disappeared once I put the screen protector on. 10/10, would recommend for anyone wanting an ipad.

Very easy process to set up. Absolutely no complaints and the 13 in iPad is in good shape. I need it for work assignments and as an extra tablet, it is doing everything I need. Would definitely get another refurbished device here.

I am happy with this product. I previously had the iPad Pro, older version. I wasn’t sure if I would like the Air as much, but it has been a good experience using this product so far.
