Purchased this to replace a 64GB iPad mini to increase my storage.

I like to buy used devices and give them “second life”. This tablet is for a reasonable price, one need to think about duration for using such a device, this tablet had just a little scratch on screen, but what bothered me a lot was battery, which did not last long and practically I had to plug it every evening to charger, even I just it just for a couple of hours in evening to watch youtube/reading books and so on. In other words if you need a tablet for year or two, i would say go for it, if you thing to buy something a bit more long lasting, i would suggest buy a new one, or get a battery replaced (which is additional cost). I end up returning this tablet due to lack of tine to you it. Nothing technical except battery problem. Thanks. Cheers

I was a bit disappointed with Best Buy because they originally sent the wrong product (64GB instead of 256GB). It meant we had to deal with customer service and order a replacement in the store, which took awhile. Then we had to wait another week for it to arrive. The iPad itself works well, and we can’t even tell it was refurbished. No scratches or issues with the way it runs. One more note: the charging cord/adapter are very chunky (not the ones that would have come with an original iPad), but that doesn’t bother us.

Saved a little money up front. It worked for a little more than a year. After that it wouldn’t stay on unless it was plugged in. Finally the LCD screen died. Since it was refurbed it didn’t have coverage under the Best Buy Tech plan. I’m going to think twice before buying any refurbished items going forward

Nice product. Only issue is the Overall finishing is not good. It has finger prints and spots on screen and on the back.

For refurbished it is in really good condition but the fingerprint sensor does not work on the iPad mini I received, I’m not too concerned with that as you can still lock and lock it. I say it was worth the price for being a used product

The iPad mini had little to no scratches. However the Retina display had backlight bleed and the housing or aluminum casing was bent. The screen bleed is in the same area where the bend is.

This IPad came in perfect working condition. I am glad I purchased this refurbished. I use it for work and has not given me any issues.

This was a perfect gift for my dad. He wanted a mew iPad to do additional things on it and he still uses it to this day.

Works great. Makes it easier to get things done for work. Very pleased.

Product came on time and it is in excellent condition

Works like it's supposed to. Package was wrapped nicely to prevent any damage. Would recommend this product to anyone trying to save a little money and not buy new.

Half the screen doesnt recognize touch. Impossible to use

“Refurbished” ipad arrived with no charge. I charged it to full capacity didn’t use it and it was dead again in a day, so bad battery that was apparently not replaced. Also had a charging cord that wasn’t compatible with the charging plug they sent. I called about it and they said I could pick up a replacement in Green Bay a few days later. Then the day I was supposed to go pick it up they said it wasn’t going to be there and I could cancel or order for delivery. I believe they charged me twice for the item as well while waiting for the return that I could have dropped off at the location if the replacement had been there like it was supposed to be. So far not a great experience.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished iPad but I am very pleased with it. No problems so far.
