Great experience overall. Shipping was fast. The refurbished iPad was about 1.5 years old but had a 99% battery capacity and had only been through 61 battery cycles in that amount of time. There was a small scuff on the side of the iPad but the screen was not broken.

I’m not one to buy anything Refurbished because usually they aren’t (much) cheaper and that’s especially for Apple products, however, Best Buy was offering this iPad Mini for considerably cheaper (+$150 off) than a brand new iPad Mini so I took a chance and bought it. Best decision ever — I chose to pick up in store because I was afraid it would get stolen if I wasn’t home to receive it and I’m glad that I did that because pick up was straightforward and easy (s/o the Aventura, FL employees). I eagerly went home to unbox it. I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The iPad was relatively secure in a cardboard box and included a brand new generic brand charger AND charging block. I inspected the device and there were ZERO scratches or dings. It seemed like a brand new device. Once I set up the device, I did a couple more inspections and everything was fully functioning and worked perfectly. Thankfully Apple stores battery information so even if the device is wiped it will tell you the battery health, how many charging cycles and manufactured dates etc. The device was in fact used before (again, it’s refurbished) however, it was gently used as the battery health was still at 100% and it only had around 75 charging cycles which is very light use. Who knows why this ended up being refurbished….perhaps the previous owner traded it in for a different device, returned it or there could have been a minor issue that cause have the customer a replacement and then Apple/Best Buy repaired the broken device. Irregardless, I saved a LOT of money and my iPad Mini seems to be like brand new in perfect working condition. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and every time I use it I am just so thankful I bought it the way that I did. One other things to note, since this is a Best Buy Certified Refurbished device, it also includes 90 days of warranty which covers parts, labor and any defects. So peace of mind is there. I’m not one to write (long) reviews like this but I just had to in this case because when I was purchasing, I couldn’t really find any information or what to expect so I hope you find this useful in determining if this is worth it for you.

I’ve waited over a week to receive this and realize it has so many dents and I’ve paid $353 , this is definitely not excellent condition. This could have been priced less considering multiple dents and some scratches on screen. Product wise it has 98% battery which is good but overpriced for sure. Was expecting better quality product but disappointed.

Product arrived as described in great condition. No evidence of scratches or abuse. Works like new. Love it.

i got the ipad mini a17 pro chip in the blue color way and i absolutely love it. the device came practically new with only there being 15 battery cycle counts and no dents or scratches! the box it came with did come busted and was in bad shape but the device inside and the charger were all in amazing condition! the ipad muni is fast and i would recommend to anyone everyone!

The iPads awsome it did come with sticker crud on it so I hate that and the box was beat up

I expected some scratches or a slightly weakened battery since the price was so low compared with other shops and it is refurbished, but it turned out to be in excellent condition.

It was good but a bit more scuffed for my liking. But worth while if you’re searching for savings. Plus, great and easy return and customer service.

They didn’t even bother to clean the iPad. In addition, the iPad is glitching and planning of returning it.
