I would definitely recommend this item, as it works great for the price. The only issues are the battery life and the overheating. However, I think these are general MacBook issues, not necessarily anything wrong on the refurbisher's part. I can usually only get 3-4 hours of use in on a full charge. The fans are very loud and annoying when the computer is overheated, but it doesn't happen too often. In general, the price is very good for a MacBook and I would recommend for sure! This is my first time owning a MacBook and I am glad I upgraded. The device did not come with any physical damages that I can see.

Overall the MacBook functions as it should, though it can be a little slow sometimes. But what was not disclosed when I bought it was that there would be physical damage to the laptop. While it is minor, it is still noticeable. The black lining that goes around the inner screen of the laptop is damaged at the top and makes the laptop stick and difficult to open. There is also a small dent/scratch on the inside near the trackpad. I wish there was some disclaimer that refurbished items might be damaged. I know it isn’t a new product but there isn’t always the expectation of damage when purchasing a refurbished item.

I ordered this Macbook for a homeschooling computer. So far it runs great and i love it! And it was delivered early (with standard shipping.) It can be a little difficult to use if youre not that tech savvy, but you get the hang of it eventually. I definitely recommend getting a computer mouse for it though. My only complaints would be that it came a little dirty, had a minor scratch and dies kinda fast.

I was excited to get a trfutbish as i had some nut this laptop had a serious worn mark like the previous owner was hard on laptop. Also disappointed giving me an insignia cable and unknow charger brand. Comon…at keast give me an anker or belkin cable. Also a charger looks like might blow up while charging. So retured it 2 day after receiving. I would dtill recommend and roll the dice.

Not bad over all but mine has a pretty big ding on the corner. At the same time the speakers had a constant buzzing going on. Update and that went away. More to follow but would have been nice to know there would be this tour of cosmetic damage.

Ive had my macbook from 2013 for so long and it’s definitely old but still works so i bought this one its basically brand new it looks like you bought it straight from the apple store i love the color i was so tired of the basic silver that mine was but this is definitely the way ti go if you want a macbook but dont wanna spend $900+ on a brand new one and this is gets the latest software updates which is amazing cause my 2013 model won’t update past the 2016 update so i would highly recommend getting this

I purchased this geek squad, certified refurbished 2019 MacBook Air. I purchased a ref for my son a few years back and he still has it and it’s working great. This is my first Mac. I was debating on buying new, but decided for my first one. I would try a ref for the first year. I am very happy and pleased with my purchase. It is very clean. No scratches no blemishes. Easy to set up And pretty fast for 2019 I guess. I would recommend buying a certified geek squad refurbished anytime.

I did notice some weird glitches with the display screen after about a year of having it. But other than that it works and does its job.

Bought this for my daughter for school and was a little skeptical bc it's refurbished but I have to say I'm pretty impressed and my daughter is completely happy with her laptop. I would recommend looking into the geek squad refurbished items if you're strapped on cash. It's worth it in my opinion. It wouldn't let me upload photos but trust, it's in great condition, very minor scratches that are barley noticeable. Runs fast

I thought it was amazing and when I received it everything was great no scratches or any issues with it. I would recommend to anyone on buying because it’s at a great price and it will work for someone for work or as a college student.

Works as expected for an older laptop. It is in perfect condition and worth the price.

Apple MacBook is very good. It took a little getting used to when you’re used windows all the time but it’s a great laptop.

This my mine first MacBook. Im very happy. I love how easy is to use. The only thing I feel like that the battery dies fast. Im not sure.

Got this for one of my kids. We got exactly what we expected. The laptop is in great condition. Will definitely order another one for my other kid.
