Came with dent on bottom side. And both edges once opened the screen, are jagged and can scratch or snag a shirt. The apple product comes with 3 yrs apple care and this apple care plus has less than a year

My MacBook works like a charm, like a brand new product. Super fast and like any other mac, reliable. The battery life is impressive and in general very dependable and it's very quiet, simply amazing! I love it!

I almost didn’t get the MacBook because it had bad reviews. However, there were only 2 reviews and their complaint was that it was a little beat up. But I took a chance and the Mackbook Air that I received was in perfect condition! It looked brand new out of the box and it works perfectly. 100% recommend the purchase, but just inspect it before you leave. If it’s banged up, send it back on the spot and ask for a replacement. Super happy with this purchase!

Great! I’ve been hesitant to buy a MacBook, but being geek squad certified put the MacBook at a doable price. The battery is awesome and the speed is so much better from what I had before. I am very happy with my purchase!

Second laptop I have bought this month that didn't have the diagnostic done properly before being sent to me. The first one the number key pad didn't work. This one, the computer wouldn't work unless plugged in. I have never had this issue before with Best Buy Computers. I just want one that I don't have to be the quality control person on. Hoping the next one is good.

Lighter weight than my MacBook Pro. No problem with it being a refurbished one either. I’m enjoying using it for work and for home use. Great speakers too. The battery lasts a few days too.

Price is good, but there was no mention that the condition would be sub-par. This item arrived with dents in the case and a chipped screen. Purchased as a gift for my very busy daughter, and she doesn't have the time to bother with the exchange process, so I guess we'll have to eat this one.

The process was super easy and my trade in refund was issued very quickly!
