This was hands down one of my best college purchases for freshman year. All of the features including the touchbar, fingerprint id, and storage were very useful during this past school year. Not only was I able to complete all of my work and still have storage, I was also able to download leisure apps like Sims 4. My macbook never ran slow or had any bugs. I am so glad that I choose this laptop for my first year of college going into my second year.

I feel like it keeps squad really goes above and beyond to make sure all products are ready for the new customer. I am really pleased with my purchase. I will definitely recommend others to check out refurbished items as well. I will definitely be purchasing more through the geek squad as well thank you guys for my amazing MacBook Pro. I love it.

I love my new MacBook Pro! It’s perfect. The only reason why I’m giving it a 4/5 is purely because, of aesthetic reasons. There’s like a permanent smudge on the S key. But, I already ordered a cute Sailor Moon keyboard cover. Which will resolve the minor issue. I mean, everything else is great! So yeah, I would really recommend this. It’s super nice.

Computer keeps shutting off on its own. The screen will glitch. I need your help with returning or fixing. Diagnostics shows that the battery is causing the problem.

So far so good. Purchase was replacement for my daughter who fried here other one with a bottle of water on air plane flight. Everything works great screen is just like new. Does seem to run hot ant times but this is the design of where the air vents are. Don’t use this on your lap if covered with a blanket. It cover the vents and cooks it. Only sign of being a reverb is some remonstrance of the previous owners stickers attached to the top. Very happy with purchase and meets my daughters needs fine.

I got this product a few days ago. Has very light case scratching, it does get hot when using while charging but im getting a case with a cooling fan. Very affordable, very nice. Looks brand new until you look for imperfections. Screen, keyboard & touch pad/bar are flawless! Dont pass this up! Im definitely buying all of my apple items geek squad certified instead of new

If you going to use mac for just work without the function and some limitation it a great buy. But make sure to clean it thoroughly. I found some nasty gunk in mine and some keys that spelled out a very particular word due to gunk being on those key.
