I absolutely love this computer. I have been using HP's my whole life, but my recent one just quit on me, and I've been wanting a macbook for a while. I was worried at first I wouldn't be able to adapt to a new style of laptop, but this laptop is SO MUCH more convenient, especially if you are an iphone user. The keyboard is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but that wasn't much of a problem. I could not tell at all that the laptop was refurbished, it's in excellent condition. No dents, scratches, etc. The graphics are good. I LOVE the touchbar. Sound is amazing. Battery life is great. I just recently had to create a website for myself, and doing it on this computer felt way less complicated. The only thing I would say is that when I first received the computer, I tried to download an apple app from the app store, and there was a message that said I couldn't because I didn't have the right software and that I needed to update the computer. The computer kept getting stuck on "30 minutes remaining" I (after 9 hours of attempting this) was finally able to get it to upgrade to a software update that wasn't the most recent one. But I'm worried about if I will be able to update it in the future. TLDR: great laptop, software?

I purchased this refurbished MacBook and it came in excellent condition. I can’t even tell it was pre-owned. Came with a brand new charger and was so easy to set up. The price is so worth it, I can tell this MacBook will last me a long time. It’s very fast when loading and battery life last a very long time so I don’t have to charge it often.

I liked the macbook pro's smoothness, features and touch bar. However, after doing all the necessary steps, I learned that the screen has some dead pixels and it glitches most of the time especially when you watch movies so I returned it bacl to tje store.

Sleek, heavier than expected, great panels & app/program features. Excited about space, but started running hot 1-2 mo in. I hope well be able to exchang. Purchased early Nov, over heating began mid Jan.

I am very picky when buying used items because I always think “I can get it in perfect condition if i pay full price” but this macbook looks brand new!!!!!!!!! I am so grateful I bought it I dont regret it one bit!

The laptop came on time but have a few scratches. It runs great! The charger looks a bit rougher like been used for a very long time but at least it charge the laptop. I recommend this !

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I opened it up the weekend before Christmas to check it out before wrapping it and unfortunately it would not power on at all. I take it in to Geek Squad tomorrow to see if it can be fixed. I have high hopes Best Buy has yet to let me down and when the repair is done I'll update this review to reflect! Hopefully it doesnt need a full replacement its to close to Christmas and would likely arrive after the holiday.
