Refurbish skeptic to in Geek Squad we trust

Computer arrived in perfect shape, not a single scratch, it looks brand new. Setup was easy like any other mac and there was no trace of a previous user. So far it’s been performing perfectly. I was slightly skeptical purchasing a refurbished product but I officially trust the Geek Squad with this type of a purchase.

Failed after 6 months, $1000+ to fix

Best Buy does not offer a warranty on refurbished apple products. The product was working fine for 6 months, then the logic board failed. Going to cost me over $1000 to send it back to Apple for repairs.

Was sent the wrong item

I'm sure it's a great laptop, too bad I didn't even get the chance as I was sent the 512GB version instead of what I ordered - what a shock as I was sent the wrong item for 3/3 of my orders. Waste of my time to go return it, and money as I can't return the case and cover I bought for it.
