I was in need of a new laptop, and I was leaning towards the MacBook Air since it's more budget friendly for a college student. I was concerned about the lack of a fan in the Air, which held me back a bit since I do run lots of code and 3D modeling software, and thank god it held me back. I came across this listing, for only $120 more than the Air, I get double the storage, more RAM, a bigger display (plus 120 Hz refresh rate vs 60 Hz on the Air), actual ports without the need for like 20 adapters, a more powerful CPU and higher core GPU, plus a proper cooling system. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews for Best Buy's refurbished program, but I pulled the trigger since there's a return policy. Not going to lie, it came pretty dirty, and the language was set to Russian, but after a quick clean and a couple of random clicks to attempt to change the language, it was up and running. A couple nicks here and there (I personally don't care, the original listing price was $1900, so I'll gladly take a tiny bit of cosmetic damage), no scratches, and no dents. Runs great though. Ran a diagnostics test and everything came back green. Was also able to add it to my Apple Care plan which was a huge worry for me. AND IT CAME WITH A BRAND NEW BATTERY! Honestly, with the overall value, and considering it's refurbished, it gets 5 stars despite the minor cosmetic imperfections (PFA) and the language barrier I had to face when setting it up. As long as you don't expect to receive something in brand new condition, you'll be happy.

They sent me the wrong laptop. Wrong Color, wrong chip, wrong amount of RAM and wrong charger. THEN when I tried to return it at Best Buy, they didnt accept it. Overall dissatisfied. I shipped it back on Sep 20th and am still waiting on a refund. I would advise you verify you received the right laptop/chip as well: Apple Icon on top left > about this mac

Overall great laptop, with amazing battery life. The screen is bright and has crystal clarity. No damage and was very clean. If you are purchasing a refurbished version just know it’s not coming in the original or even an apple container. Got this at amazing price, which I couldn’t pass. It is replacing my 2017 MacBook Pro so a real upgrade. With the apple M3 Pro usage is buttery smooth. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the right speaker is blow out so anything above half volume you can hear the distortion, but at the price it doesn’t bother me as I use my AirPod pros or wired headphones with it.

Very happy with the purchase. The laptop came in early than estimated. The display quality is crisp and surprisingly very good speakers for its size. Also this does come with the 96W charger and got to 100% from 0 in no time. Really impressed with the overall quality of the laptop along with performance of the M3 pro chip. The only thing I didnt like was the size and weight of the charger but probably gonna get the anker wall adapter which is the same power but smaller in size.

I'm delighted with my purchase and grateful for the experience. Although I've bought refurbished items before, this was my first time buying a refurbished MacBook from Best Buy's Geek Squad. It functions perfectly and looks as good as new, which matters a lot to me. Saving money while still getting a dependable device was a relief. Knowing I could return it easily if needed and that it was covered by a warranty gave me extra peace of mind. I'm so pleased with it that I’ll definitely turn to Geek Squad again whenever I need something new.

It came in clean and in good condition, I would even say it’s better than I expected since it only had one barely noticeable dent. Overall, I feel satisfied with the product.

Was a bit worried at first getting refurbished, but I have been using it for a week now and everything works great! A huge upgrade overall from my last mac and am very happy about this.

Horrible packaging and presentation, the computer arrived dirty, heavily scratched and dirty charger. Cheap USB-C cable no proprietary MagSafe cable included. It didn’t look like a refurbished product when it arrived, it just looked like a traded in laptop that was barely looked at and sold as a refurbished product. Buy this if you’re willing to gamble with a used product. Save your money and buy a refurbished product straight from Apple they’re basically new products with a discounted price which is not something I can say for BestBuy.

This laptop is a true workhorse! With its fast processing speed, ample memory, and impressive graphics capabilities, it handles demanding tasks with ease. The MacBook Pro's sleek design and durable construction make it a reliable companion for work and play. Display is adequate for most tasks, but I often dock for more screen real estate. When plugging in I'm reminded how impressive the retina display is, 1080p looks like outdated garbage by comparison. What really sets this computer apart from others is its advanced AI capabilities. 14 gpu cores and 18gb of ram allows for responsive locally hosted ai capabilities (e.g. OLLAMA). My old Macbook Pro is a 2015 and still going strong, just not good for AI work due to weak gpu. This is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a top-of-the line computing device that can handle demanding tasks.

Everything on it is perfect I highly recommend getting refurbished if available to save a good amount of money the only complaint I have is that the power cable while still an orignal apple cable is not a black one like what would have came with it originally but to save hundreds of dollars I'm willing to sacrifice a cable aesthetic that i dont use often anyway as i charge over usb c. I also am a little bummed it didnt come in a macbook box it just came in a white box although very well packaged and safe I do like keeping the boxes of my electronics.

Brought the Macbook Pro 14 M3 Pro chip, refurbished. The PC is solid. Fast, feels solid. I'm overall happy with it. The low rating is because it was listed as in Excellent condition. Best Buy has low standard. The PC looks to be in fair condition at best. There was sticky buttons, and marks on it. Best buy failed not Apple. This is a work only PC so the buttons was replaced and the marking we don't really care about. But beware when buying used from Best buy. They have very low standards on how they rate the condition of their items.

I was nervous to get this because some of the other reviews said items were sent that did not match the description, however this was exactly as described, minus a small dent in the outside cover that does not affect the operations or screen at all. Super fast processer and I saved $800 under retail price and $300 under the closest refurbished option at Apple that does not even have as fast a processor and lower GPUs. Super good deal and I am very grateful for the savings.

Like new. It arrived very quickly and the laptop didn’t have any scratches or dents. There’s some dust under the keys but that’s it. And it arrived with a battery of 99% full charge.

Would recommend checking condition of product with BestBuy before purchasing because of their lack of refurbished product descriptions. Overall the device is in great condition without any mayor scratches and only 6 battery cycles. The one thing that dissapoints me again is the BestBuy customer service. I recieved a faulty charger for the macbook, and when I reached out to BestBuy they said it’s as simple as going to the nearest store without appointment and requesting an exchange. This wasn’t true. The store MOD told me to either return the whole laptop and charger or wait hours for a geek squad member to “hopefully” take a look, a “nothing could be guaranteed”. In the end the kind geek squad employee gave me a scuffed,dirty, lower watt charger instead
