Its okay for refurbished i guess
I guess it works fine for a refurbished item. It overheats pretty easy. Doesnt always want to charge and sometimes a bit slow. It seems like the battery dies faster than it should. Physically looks great tho. Most likeley sending back

DO NOT BUY!!
The listing states the year of release being a 2023 model. They send you a 2017 model, and do not take any accountability for their mistakes. Phone reps will tell you to take the laptop into Best Buy and they will exchange the laptop for the right year, when Stores don’t have the ability to do anything along those lines. After they promised a partial refund from the store for the inconvenience and stores don’t have the ability to do that either. I wasted time and money trying to get the laptop I ordered. I talked to 10 different people and all gave me 10 different responses on this issue. The laptop was returned, and a refund was given.
