Looks nice. Battery is junk and needs service on arrival.

Good display and sound. However, found out it is a five year old computer, battery was only about 60%, and keyboard felt "mushy". Has only a 90 day warranty, and cannot purchase additional warranty from Apple. Although the computer seemed to work okay, I felt it was expensive with such a short warranty. If it had a full year, would have kept, but as is, I am returning.

Came quickly as was stated in the estimated shipping time. Even though it was refurbished the MacBook looked brand new with no scratches, dust, or crumbs. Minus the power supply, everything was like day one! I’m currently using the MacBook for school (programming) and it is doing an amazing job for what my needs are. First time Mac user as well and I might not go back to Microsoft!

This Mac came with no dents or scratches. It works great. I have not had a problem. I just purchase another one for one of my other granddaughter.

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro with a higher-end configuration at a lower price point. Despite being refurbished, it shows no signs of wear and tear. I'm so impressed that I've decided to buy refurbished Macs from Best Buy going forward instead of opting for brand new ones.

After taking some time to use and review the product, I can say that this was an amazing purchase for a refurbished Macbook pro. For a fraction of the price, the quality was near brand new with zero imperfections for a third of the price. Came in a box with a charger. Highly recommend.

It’s look old and the charger look like found in the trash, it’s running okay but it get too hot and battery drain quick, just give honest feedback

Up to now, almost 2 months after buying this laptop I still getting used to it because for me macOS it's pretty new and still to learn a lot. The computer runs good, no issues, good speed, I'm coding in Java and running good.

Great product I was skeptical on buying a refurbished Apple Mac but I was testing it with a friend who also has the same MacBook and there’s no difference at all.

I was very unhappy with this product. Upon further research I learned this unit was an older model system. The laptop crashed everytime I attempted to login. I eventually had to return for a new laptop
