[Employee of bestbuy] For being a previously owned laptop, it came In on excellent condition with no scratches and 21 battery cycles. Obviously buying refurbished is kind of rolling dice and hoping for the best but I’m very glad that if I were to have gotten a bad one they would’ve replaced it no charge

[Employee of bestbuy] The one I got was only a few months old and has 2.5 years of AppleCare left on it. Great condition. The charging cord was not the original one but still works the same. Shipped in a bubble wrap shell and did pretty well

I have tried to find something wrong with this Laptop to return it if necessary but it works perfectly, the screen is large enough and the battery time is outstanding.

[Employee of bestbuy] Excellent condition. The MacBook that was sent only had 20 battery cycles !!!! Also the unit still shows manufacter warranty past the 90 days best buy guarantees!!! Will buy more refurbished items down the road!
