I got 2 of them, one of them is just like a brand new one, not a stratch, dirt... nothing. But the second one came as broken in the middle. Just returned it and get a now one anyway. I guess it is about luck

I was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished product, but this Geek Squad Certified Smart Keyboard Folio exceeded my expectations. It looks and functions just like new, with no visible wear or issues. The keyboard itself is responsive, comfortable to type on, and connects instantly without the need for Bluetooth or charging. I highly recommend it!

I struggled for over a year with the apple keyboard for my ipad pro. It worked less than 1/2 the time, but I was refusing to buy a new one because it wasn’t cheap. Then I saw a refurbished one for sale at Best Buy, the price was right, and I bought it. It works perfectly, and I am a happy camper.
