I ordered a refurbished smart watch from Best Buy thinking this would be the most secure place to order something refurbished, especially with the geek squad certified program. Nope. This has been a nightmare experience. The watch I received was a completely different color and size than the one I ordered. So I contacted Best Buy right away, they set up a replacement to be sent out (not even overnight delivery lol regular ground shipping) and send me a UPS label to return the mistake. A few days later, I finally receive the replacement and it is wrong color AGAIN. On top of that, it’s a scratched up watch face in a beat up box, no watch band, no charger, just the watch face floating around in a box. I cannot fathom the level of incompetence and lack of quality control on Best Buy’s end, like, is your main job not to provide the correct product that a customer orders? I ended up ordering a similar watch from Amazon Renewed and it came the next day, great condition, all accessories present. Both watches were returned to Best Buy by UPS on March 26 and I still have not received my refund and no correspondence letting me know when I can expect to receive my refund. If you want the wrong items sent to you and your money withheld from you, go ahead and purchase from Best Buy. If not, purchase from literally anywhere else.
