Not what I ordered but still acceptable

Ordered the orange trail loop and received the blue ocean band instead. Came packaged ok but item looks to have never been used.

They lost my trade in/ New watch was gross

First off the new watch showed up with a filthy band and just laying in a plastic bag. So I assume the micro scratches on my new watch is due to that. Then they lost my trade in and will not do crap about it.
