I was really upset with this seller who sold us a refurbished phone through Best Buy. Wireless source is a horrible company who doesn’t even get you on the phone to talk to you about the product and they completely ignore you whenever you use the Best Buy app to contact them. I don’t get any notifications when they contact me back and so it takes a few days for me to realize that they finally responded. The phone that I purchased from them said that it was an excellent condition, but within three months of having the phone the whole phone just went into a reboot loop and the battery went bad. When trying to explain this to them, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and they took forever to respond to every single one line message that I sent them. They won’t even send you a new phone even though the phone that they submitted was a really bad phone. Don’t ever buy anything from wireless source or any refurbished phone from Best Buy because they won’t actually help you. They’ll just keep pushing you off to each other. We had to buy a new battery for it and even when we changed out the battery it’s still said that the whole phone was corrupted.
