Hands down buy this phone!!!! I have been in apple eco system for long time so my opinion may be little biased. The design of the phone is amazing. I do photography as hobby and use the amazing camera of promax. I was bit confused before whether to get iphone 12 pro or promax but the larger screen definitely is helpful. The low light performance is very good. With the new proRAW added to the ios 14 it expands the horizon further. The sound quality is fare. One thing i dislike is the bulging camera which is prone to scratches and damage if you do not chose your cover correctly. Check out the pictures i have taken with the iphone.

Nice curved edges, larger screen, excellent sound & video quality, 3 cameras with lidr, aluminum made, 5G enabled, 256GB. Comes with the cord but you have to purchase Power Adapter separate.

I love my phone!!! Previously I had the iPhone 11 and I messed it up real bad (battery was fried and didn’t work off the charger, screen was messed up, etc.) getting this new phone was such a sigh of relief! It’s the perfect nice big size, lots of GB too and overall just a very pretty phone, I love iPhones!... very very expensive though, but I love the phone so it’s worth it. I got a blue marble otter box case to go with it.

I’ve only had mine a couple of weeks but so far I love this phone! The battery life is great and the camera is FANTASTIC which is what I really wanted the phone for.

I used the phone on my trip and I am very happy w the camera (pictures are great ) and enjoyed the 5G at the Super Bowl the Picture in Picture is cool

I don’t really know what to say other than I like it

It is big (but not much bigger than the iPhone 11 Pro Maxs we traded in). Battery life is at least as good as the 11 Pro Max but then we have only had them a week. Display is great and the phone seems faster than the 11. The camera is better than that on the 11 especially with the 2.5x zoom. Setup was flawless using Quick Start. We are using the 18W chargers from the previous iPhone 11s. We have them in the Best Buy/Platinum-brand leather wallet folio cases. We have used these for the last 3 iPhone versions. Only thing is that with the straight sides on the 12 Pro Max they don't fit as tightly in the case as did the previous iPhones with the curved edges. But they are easier to remove from the case, no more broken finger nails. Getting them at Best Buy was a pleasure compared to the chaos at an Apple Store the previous two years: The Best Buy associate knew what he was doing compared to the associates in an Apple Store. He saw immediately that my new phone had a bad Verizon SIM card and popped in a new one. Best Buy gave us a much better trade-in for the 11s than what Apple or the 3rd party web-based buyers offered. Only thing is that with Verizon, at least, the phone is locked to Verizon for 60 days if you pay outright for the phone.

Crystal clear voice, photos are amazing (super noticeable difference with nighttime photos; makes it look like day time in a pitch black room). 5G is very fast, and the size of this phone is almost identical to the 8+ (with the screen covering the entire front, of course). Also, while scrolling through social media, watching videos, performing searches, and other normal daily activities, the battery lasts forever. I am able to utilize my phone heavily for an entire day, and have over 40% after 8-10 hours of use. Dropped down to 5%? That’s okay, you can charge to 30-40% in like 15 minutes (using the correct charger). Overall super happy with this purchase, and also with Best Buy. My tech was able to answer every question we had with ease, ranging from questions about the phone to questions about my cell provider, and very fast with everything. I walked in with my previous phone, then walked out with my new phone and all important data transferred in slightly over a half hour. Very impressed.

I am a first time iPhone owner (very long time Android owner) so this review is from that perspective. As the title states, this is a 5 star phone. But like most things in life it is certainly not perfect (for me). First, lets get this out of the way, this phone is just utterly expensive, I am actually stunned that I forked out the $$$$ for this phone. I don't mind spending a lot on electronics, but usually those devices have a 10 - 20 year window of service (think home audio/video) so dollar cost averaging make the spend more sensible. I would be surprised if I get 5 years out of any phone. So considering that this phone is still pricey. Now the good: The battery life (so far) has been out of this world. I am SUPER impressed. Its sitting at 70% and I last charged this phone Friday afternoon and now its Sunday morning (moderate use). The screen is (can be) bright and very clear. The colors pop off the screen and the user interface is as expected, buttery smooth. Pairing with bluetooth devices is also smooth. The Phone part of this phone works great too. Speaker phone is loud and the sound clarity is very good. Facetime works great with others in the family with Apple devices. It has 5G... I have VZB in San Antonio, so that means jack squat ;) for now anyways. Apple ecosystem integration. All I had to do was bring my iPad closed to the phone and it pretty much set up 90% of the way. Integration with Apple services is easy too. Really Apple and Google have done a great job of giving you your stuff on all of your devices. (Maybe that isn't a good thing, what else do they know :) ) Unlocking the screen with your face (still requires the swipe) works every time. This feature works great, not so much in the covid world of face masks. But is a nice feature. Some gripes: I cant tell you in the few weeks that I have owned this phone how many screen shots I have accidentally taken (and had to delete). The positioning of the Up Vol switch and on the other side the Power switch is right where I place my fingers to pick up the darn phone. I can hear Steve Jobs telling me I am pickup the phone wrong lol... No phone charger included (USB-C to Lightning is included). Implication was everyone already has a charger at home (I have a bunch of USB-A but only a handful of USB-C). Here in lies the gripe. Regular 5V (even high output 2.4A) chargers will NOT charge this phone (even though they will charge my iPad 5 mini). Think about the car chargers that will need to be replaced since "regular" USB wont work... You have to use at the very least a quick charge charger, or a PD charger (USB-C). I suppose the type of cable included with the phone should have been the tip off. They should have just had the courage to just use a USB-C connector on the phone and be done with it. Talking about courage. I knew that a headphone jack dongle was going to be one of the first accessories (after screen protector and case, I also purchased a camera lens protector probably over kill ). I have a bunch of Bluetooth head phones, but I also have some high end headphones (and amps) that require a physical connection. So now I have two 3.5 mm - lightning dongles and another that has a lightning power to charge the phone along with the 3.5 mm jack. This really isn't a gripe, since I new this going in. icloud at only 5 Gb... 2 devices (iPad and now iPhone) 50% utilized for "backups." They really should give 10 -15 Gb before expecting to pay as that would allow of backups of devices and some photos/files. Any more than that it would be an expectation to pay. 5 Gb just seems small... Nit, but nonetheless... BestBuy - I would have liked to but this phone unlocked, but I could not. I could have bought it from the Apple store unlocked but I want to support BestBuy as having a brick and mortar store is important to me, But I am now locked into VZB (for only 60 days thank goodness), existing customers don't get diddly for incentives. Now I can make a decision in a couple months whether or not to stay with VZB or move my 6 lines elsewhere. Final thoughts: Great phone, expensive. I would have bought it again. I would also recommend this phone.

It’s an amazing piece of tech. I upgraded from a 6s so it was time. The cameras are incredible, and the screen is much bigger and better than I am used to. I definitely noticed the download speeds which is much faster than my 6s was. Way faster. I love the bigger storage and the battery. OMG. I went from charging 3 times a day to once every other day. If you don’t need the ridiculous camera and a huge screen and super fast charging and long lasting battery then you may not need to spend the extra $$ for the pro, but if you are seriously debating which one to get, you might as well go for it as it’s really not that much more than the 12 or 12 pro.

I upgraded from the iPhone 11 pro. I am now 49, and needed a bit bigger screen. I am so happy with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was android for so many years, and made the change to iPhone about 3 years ago. I cannot go wrong getting the best iPhone every year. This phone is fast, takes the greatest pictures, and is so easy to use. I highly recommend this phone. I also recommend buying phones through Best Buy, they have the best deals, and the sales associates are always so nice and easy to work with.

Excellent phone! Has all the features and quality you expect from Apple products. Traded in my old phone and got a gift card, and put the SIM card in and I was ready to go. Camera and battery life is awesome! Connecting to all my devices are a breeze. Screen size is manageable and there’s no lag with plenty of memory and processing power! Great upgrade!

Upgraded from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I like the absence of the home button and the speed is so much more than my iPhone 6. The facial recognition works very well, and the battery life seems to be equal to if not better than my previous iPhone’s. The camera on this phone is excellent. Go get yourself one, you won’t be disappointed.

I was coming from an iPhone 11 Pro so going to the 12 Pro was not a huge upgrade. I wanted to move back to the larger Max size though so I definitely feel like it was a worthy upgrade. I gained the larger screen and significantly better battery life. The only other thing that I was excited about was the new design. The iPhone 5/5s has long been one of my favorite phone designs. Now to have that in a larger size is great. The size may not appeal to everyone and if that is the case go with the regular 12 or 12 Pro. The whole 12 line up is really excellent. If you are upgrading from anything older than the 11, I think you will really notice the improvements. That is not to say you need to upgrade from the X, 8 or 7, but you will at least appreciate the improvements.

Apple’s best phone so far. I love the screen size, battery life and better wide angle camera due to the bigger sensor. I do not like the size for real world business use. It simply was just to big. In the end I felt the camera was good but not that good to justify the size of the phone. I ended up returning it for the regular 12 pro. It is much more manageable and still takes good pictures. I can also say that this phone is the only model that properly does display zoom without cutting off apps like Teams and Linkedin.

First time moving up to a larger phone and it's light night and day. Now when I hold a standard size phone, the display is so much smaller. The camera is the main reason I traded up from an iPhone X and the camera is a huge step up. Super fast processor and the battery runs all day with enough to spare.

This was quite an upgrade to my iPhone 6s. It is fast, smooth. I wasn't sure about the larger screen, but I love it. Takes great pictures. Battery life is impressive. I love the wireless charging capabilities. I wish they would make Apple CarPlay wireless.

I previously owned the 7+ and the 12 Pro Max is almost the exact same physical size as the 7+, in case you're wondering. Which is perfect for me. This was a great upgrade, seriously. It's super responsive, the performance is fast, the screen is sharp and rich, and the size makes it great for reading and video. The sound is good. No problems with bluetooth connections. Telephone voice quality is first rate. The battery life is great. Gets me through the day and night (emails, maybe a little video, some games) and if I forget to plug it there's still a healthy charge left in the AM. Camera is excellent, especially the wide angle.
