The condition of the phone was excellent, no scratches and the battery life still good 94%, the only concern is that seems like the screen was changed and maybe used not an original one, somehow I used different screen protectors (3 different brands) and all of them leaves the edge not perfectly attached to the screen, I been iphone user for many years without similar issues on new devices, first time buying an used phone.

As expected, came in excellent condition and shape, there’s no dents, cracks or dysfunction, this is the best and worth the wait, not a price either, highly recommended this and the company it came from. Thank you

Phone came to delivered in horrible condition. I purchased the iPhone while it was on sale under Refurbished Excellent condition and the phone came back with heavy scratches and chips. The battery life was also under 85%. It takes days for the seller to reply to your messages and they wouldn’t replace the phone. The best they could do was offer a 10% partial refund. It took them so long to release the partial refunds that I had to go to Best Buy customer service where they were able to issue it. I would be careful if purchasing from them. Will not be a repeat customer. Only reason I gave two stars and not one is because I guess I got a 100% refund. I would have returned it too but I really needed a phone in a hurry.

Hello. I am just your average person. albeit with an attachment to my items. This is the first time I purchased a new phone, replacing my old iphone six and seven, I was worried about buying something not new from Apple, but my budget doesnt justify spending 1000 dollars on a simple phone. I saw this product while searching, and Best Buy has always been dependable with their products and warranties, so i decided to bite the bullet and buy this phone. I was nervous, wondering if there would be problems, if i shouldve just saved up for a brand new one, but my worries faded when i recieved this item, Its like brand new, indistinguishable from a new phone. The setup was easy, however the E-sim confused me for a few days i managed to set it up. There were no scratches, the battery lasts 5-10 times more than my old phone, and the color, metal, screen is in perfect condition. Overall, this is a solid buy if you wish to replace your phone - its not only on the cheaper end, its like brand new, and i will be using this phone for a long time. The only issue i have seen so far is a slight repetitive sound while i am on call, unsure if its some sort of feedback loop but it happens even when i am on mute, however it could always be something from the other end. There are no other problems with this product, and im sure all issues are independent and not repeated, the screen is good, the software and workings is good, its a solid phone for the price. thank you

If you are a frugal shopper or just on a budget, refurbished is for you. When my older iPhone got destroyed (don’t ask) I had to act quick. A refurbished iPhone 14 Plus was the solution and it has been great so far. 3 months in and no problems to repott. It synched right up with my other Apple devices and the screen has no imperfections. There are very light signs of use, but those get covered by the case so no big deal there.

The product looks great aesthetically, no scratches and pristine, but i had to return this product due to the following issues: (1) it was advertised as usb c port but the actual product was lightning, which, though created a confusion, is not a big issue but (2) it was advertised as excellent, however, battery capacity is significantly degraded (the system says so) at 77%. The return was also a difficult process - it says i can return it to any bestbuy store but the store won’t accept it because the actual product number is different from the product number as advertised. Wasted a trip to bestbuy, had to ship it using the return label provided by the seller, which took close to 2 weeks go get a refund. In the end, i got a better model from a different seller - iphone 14 pro max with great battery capacity at 89%, and surprisingly cheaper despite being a better model. The customer service was very responsive though.

I love the phone, but I’m coming off of iPhone SE, which is mini generations before the 14+. With that I had some growing pains. Mainly that with a larger screen, it’s a bigger phone, which I’m just not used to yet. Very nice screen very nice camera. I like the facial recognition.

Now that I got my kids old phone transferred I find the new phone have some serious issues. First off it is getting really hot just from general use, it sometimes randomly shuts down or the display start to shiver, had to explain but it looks like everything is vibrating. Naturally it is now to late to send back as I had it for two weeks before my kids birthday, before I could set it up. So now I am stuck with a non-reliable phone, and probably need to get a new one. This was advertised as "Excellent" but I wont get a phone form this supplier again.
