So far it’s great. Battery lasts all day and it’s a little quicker to respond and has a better camera than the iPhone 13 it replaced. Had to upgrade because of a need to upgrade my elderly father’s phone so it was a rotation to upgrade ours then upgrade his to one of our 13’s b4 his xr lost all support. I’ll never buy the most recent version because the cost is absurd. These were still ridiculously expensive but a little less as pre-owned and I traded in the extra 13. As pre-owned they have zero defects and were the easiest swap from older iPhone I’ve ever experienced.

Switching from android to apple - the display quality and camera are way better on this phone! I don't know if it's an apple thing or just the fact that this isn't brand new, but the battery life is meh. A charge to 80 and being left on battery saving mode lasts maybe 2 days (with minimal usage), but it's still okay. No visible scratches or markings and it feels like it's brand new. It also came with a charger, which I didn't expect.

Phone came in clean, battery health 100%. Everything is good on the phone. Hopefully I don’t experience any problems later.

Went in to the store in need of a phone and did not want to spend an arm and a leg for one. Although it still cost me an arm, it was what I was looking for. The phone works great regardless of it being pre-owned. The battery life is almost brand new, at 92% maximum capacity. I don’t care too much for the bells and whistles of phones, so if you want a phone that has a working display, can make calls, and send and receive texts then it’s perfect.

I finally got the phone I wanted. It arrived earlier than expected. Absolute pristine physical condition. Battery health 100% with 1 cycle. Couldn’t be any more perfect!

Great! This phone is awesome. It was easy to find and pay for it. I picked it up one week later.

Very good and everything work as it should and way cheaper than buy a new one

Great phone would definitely recommend. Great apple product

It looks like brand new all clean and perfect any scratches or anything

Experience was ok. Could have been better. Product is good though

Best product and meets quality. Best option to buy a 16pro

Battery life doesn't seem completely 100%. Upsetting as this phone was still very pricey.
