I purchased this phone with the lease option for $529 on 7/31/2026 because my old phone was irreparable. Geek Squad told me that my old phone could not be repaired. I was given several options to replace my old phone and this is the phone I chose. Cost was the biggest factor for me but it has proven to be well worth what I was charged. Thank you Best Buy for helping me get what I needed that day.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the battery life on the iPhone 16e. It easily gets me through a full day of heavy use without a problem. The Apple Intelligence features are surprisingly snappy and helpful for daily tasks. My only minor complaint is that the screen refresh rate still feels a bit basic compared to the Pro models, but for the price point, it’s an incredible value. Highly recommend!

My niece really enjoyed the phone. Gave it for her birthday. The pick up process is a breeze at Mission Valley store. Wish it had an option for a gift wrap to save tim during the rush. She said that the phone serves its purpose. Very clear camera and overall apple intelligence is a gae changer. My gen alpha is happy.

It has worked very well I think that for the price it is worth it even though it has little memory space it is very useful, I do not recommend it if you take a lot of photos since the camera is not very basic but everything is fine, the battery is really goo

The Iphone 16E is one of the best smart phones i have purchased is 22 years. It is fast and snappy on the verizon network. The 16E is smooth and is the best of Apple products to date.

It seems to be an ok phone. It definitely has its glitches. It always says it’s in low power mode even though I’ve checked everywhere and it isn’t. I wish I wouldn’t have gotten this phone. I guess the things that they took out are also what helps a phone maintain its value. It’s barely been 6 months and this phone has depreciated by half. That is a pretty steep decline. I made a mistake and I’ll deal with it as I can. But definitely not a great phone.

I purchased his phone from my daughter for Christmas was able to activate it through my phone services with ease.

I purchased the Apple - iPhone 16e 128GB - Apple Intelligence (Unlocked) - White as a gift for my mom. Before buying, I specifically asked multiple times whether this was a SIM-free, fully unlocked phone. The salesperson assured me that it was. To my shock, after gifting the phone, we realized it is not unlocked. It shows clearly in the settings: Carrier Lock: SIM locked We were unable to connect to any operators outside the U.S. This defeats the entire purpose of buying an “unlocked” device. Here are the phone details: Purchase Date: Nov 11, 2025 Order Number: 0393 070 1460 111125 Model: MD0W4LL/A – SKU: 6507524 EID: 89043052010008889724021370256063 IMEI1: 351811690415273 IMEI2: 351811690027245 Carrier Lock: SIM Locked I even contacted customer support and was told to physically visit a Best Buy store — which is not a practical solution, especially when the device was supposed to be carrier unlocked right from the start. Reference ID: 367026600 — so I don’t have to explain everything again. Extremely frustrated. This is misleading advertising and wasted time, especially when it was bought as a special gift. I expected better from Best Buy. I can provide screenshots and proof.
