I got this for my grandmother until I could afford to buy her a new phone. The screen had been poorly replaced, the glue or whatever they used is very evident. The phone is running at 78% battery life because that wasn't fixed. The phone is laggy, whenever i turn it on the text is in chinese until it switches to English eventually. The phone is suspicious. Don't buy this one, avoid it.

In total, our family has purchased 3 IPHONES recently. We are happy with the purchases and the phones are easy to use and we have been able to transfer our data fairly smoothly. One small disappointment was that only one of phones came with the SIM card tool to change it to the new phone. Other than that, we are content with the products.
