The battery case stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I had purchased an open box battery case for the iPhone 10x from another retailer - I think callers Adorama. The case was defective and didn’t work. Thinking it would be better if I’d purchased a new unopened box case, I went with Best Buy. So disappointed it worked only for three weeks. When the case worked I didn’t bring have to charge it the entire day. Apple should never have released a defective product. I’ve been so disappointed with the lack of quality and innovation with Apple products. Tempted to switch to Android or Google phone.

I been using this case for about a month. With everyday use it’s already breaking down and a part of the case is chipping away.

This product is great! I was on the fence about a battery case because of worries about weight and thickness. I was lucky enough to catch a short lived sale at BB and jumped on it because they have a great return policy. It keeps my phone charged even longer than I imagined. I have an iPhone X and it fits perfectly. It charges with both of my wireless chargers (home and car) and that is such a great asset. I also appreciate that it shows shows you the percentage of charge on both charger and phone batteries. It is lighter than I thought it would be and very easy to get in and out of pocket, purse slot, etc. I would definitely buy again.

As usual, wonderful feel with the Apple battery line. Great In hand feel but a little heavy. This case and battery serve their purpose and definitely extends usage for the day if you are a power user of the iPhone.

This is so convenient and awesome, a bit heavy but not inconvenient or uncomfortable. It does take a while straight out of the box to charge, after that it doesn’t take longer than a regular phone charge to be up and going again. Other than that I wake up without a worry and know I have power all day long without hesitation.

I have tried other third party battery cases and by far this is the best. You never have to take the case off. It’s a little heavy but so are all other battery cases. If your a heavy user who need additional juice, this is it. Gives me a whole extra day of battery.

This is our second Apple iPhone battery case, my wife wanted one after she saw how much I loved mine. These cases are so easy to use, no special cords, very stylish, soft and grippy finish. Easily the #1 best battery case for an iPhone.

Holds up to drops very well! Looks great and the bulge in the rear isn’t bad at all. The silicone feel to it helps with gripping it and does not collect lint or dust easily. I would give it 5 stars but only because if you do not place it on the wireless charger perfectly it sometimes will not charge completely. I switched to plugging it in at night and have had no issues since. Additionally, the charging port will pass data and will allow CarPlay through the case.

The battery case is pretty good but very heavy. If you are used to being on your phone for hours of the day you will definitely notice the weight. It’s good for traveling or going to events. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it on during week when going to work. I’m also used to holding my phone to text or play games. Now I’m forced to put it on the table due to the weight.

Any Iphone owner should buy an Apple Smart Battery Case. I NEVER have to think or worry about running out of battery life on my iphone - EVER. Your iphone charging cord plugs right into your phone/case so no duplicate charging cords are necessary. Prices are the same at the Apple Store, so I'd suggest going to Best Buy & at least get Best Buy points.

It may cost more than other battery cases, but it fits perfect and works seamlessly. No button to press to charge iPhone.

Keeps my phone charged all day, and it’s very slim overall.

Bought two of these. One pink and one black. Works great but declines over time. Quality of battery degrades and starts to get extemely hot. Did it to both cases. I love the integration with iPhone. Shows the better level of both case and phone. Black one the silicone covering started peeling.

Got this case 2 months ago & I’ve been using it constantly since then. Makes phone a bit heavier & thicker, but can still fit phone in pocket! Actually doubles the available battery life of my phone from 1 day to 2 days! I love the light pink color too; doesn’t get dirty as I thought it might & makes phone easy to spot. Highly recommended!!

Love this case! Lasts me 2 days and charges up super quickly!

Couldn’t figure out at first how to actually get my phone into the case, then I realized you must fold down the top and slide in the phone. Purchased the open box in excellent condition to save some money. It arrived quickly and the case is of gray quality.

My battery on my IPhone X didn’t last from day one. I was looking to upgrade for battery life but got this to see if it fixed the issue. It has been amazing.

I’m really glad I spent the $$ for this battery case. After a lot of research on best battery cases for iPhone xs, I ended up buying Apple’s and I have no regrets. It works seamlessly together and love the color and feel of the case.
