We bought this iPod for my son and he loves it. It is exactly what he needs at this moment, not really needing a phone but feels like he is 'In".

My babe loves it! Got it for him for his birthday. Smaller than I imagined though lol. But he loves it! Wanted to get something similar to the iPhone so it’d be easier to use.

I have a prepay flip phone that costs me just $100 a year, so I don't need an expensive iPhone contract. With wi-fi I can get everything I need with this iPod: email, weather, stocks, maps, etc. plus camera, music, games. The bluetooth connection makes it nice for playing music in our new (Corolla) car on long trips. It was also easy to transfer everything from my old iPod to this one. Get the Otter Box to protect it.

When I accidentally drowned my much loved iPod Classic in several ounces of hot coffee, I decided to invest in an iPod 6. Since I have an iPhone 6S, the transition from the Classic to the iPod 6 was fairly seamless. I use the iPod primarily to store and play my music. I have thousands of songs, most of which I copied from my compact disk albums, and I listen to them on my long, daily walks. The iPod 6 is lightweight, small enough to slip into a shirt pocket, easy to use, and it’s loaded with features. If there’s a downside to the iPod 6, I’ve yet to find it. The iPod 6 makes locating a song, album, or artist instantaneous. On top of that, the Bluetooth function lets you pair Bluetooth devices in seconds. The camera takes beautiful pictures, and editing them is a snap. And that just scratches the surface of what this iPod is capable of doing.

Not my first Apple Device (iPhone) and definitely won't be my last! My old MP3 player for the gym had broken and I needed to replace it. I looked at cheaper options, but this made the most sense. Apple Music on the newest IOS is absolutely amazing. I'm also able to keep content synched from my iPhone onto my iPod, which makes it all that much better! I'd highly recommend this device to anyone!

Me and my son use ours everyday! I bought him one for Christmas and my husband who picked it up at the store bought me one for Christmas as well. I love listening to music and with Ipod's free Pandora feature I have unlimited music available to me all day. We both love the camera and video features as well as the games it has to offer. It is a computer, game center, camera, and music player all in one. It is also surprisingly durable as I watch little kids who love to grab it and drop it :) I would recommend to anyone, I have an older Ipod but this one is great! And with the I Message feature I am able to chat with friends without the need of my cell phone which is great too :) As well as the Facetime feature which allows me to keep in touch with friends from out of state. If you are looking for an affordable go to this is your device :)

I am an avid audiobook reader. I have been looking for a unit to replace my old Sony Walkman. I would have purchased another Sony but, Sony no longer makes their mp3 players with built in speakers. I have tried other mp3 players for audio books. None compare or hold up. (I listen to over 1000 hours a year and have worn out several.) I finally gave in an purchased the Ipod for my audio books. Although I don't love having to depend on Itunes to transfer books into the Ipod, I do love many of the other features. I love that this Ipod has the built in speakers! This allows me to listen to it at times when i cannot have my headphones on (like when i am straightening my hair). I also love that if I use headphones plugged into the unit, if I unplug the headphones, the ipod stops at the spot I unplugged it. So, if i have my headphones on and my cell phone rings, i can unplug the ipod and plug into my phone and not miss anything that may be happening in the book. (Note, i believe that this ipod has bluetooth capabilities but I don't have bluetooth headset at this time.) I typically get my audio books from the library (for free). I download through Overdrive and then transfer to my ipod through itunes. Another fortunate issue is that even though the book has an expiration date with the library, as long as I get it transferred to my ipod BEFORE that date, it never expires. So, I have about 20 books downloaded to my ipod. I love having a selection of books at all times. I don't use the ipod for music...so I can't really speak to that. But, with the small exception that I don't really care for Itunes, I love everything else about using the ipod for audiobooks. I would recommend you give audio books a try...and when you do, you will love this unit as much as i do.

This is my second iPod touch 5 , after 3 years with my first one the battery life became short and I used it everyday so it was time for another, the price has dropped over 100 dollars so there was no hesitation with the purchase and I don't care what color is available because it's always in a protective case anyway. I use it mostly for Bluetooth music, not sure why but, it works better than my android or laptop, battery life is impressive for such a skinny little device.

Bought it for my wife. Better than expected sound with built in speakers, light weight and easy to use. Wife loves it. Thinking about picking up another one for myself.

Love the small, thin size. Found it easy to set up to load all of my favorite music. Holds thousands of songs to make any music fanatic happy.

Great camera lots of storage for tunes and other things. Handy for working out with bluetooth option

My son loves it! He can safely FaceTime with his cousins, play games, and use educational apps. A great gift that will keep giving. My only complaint is battery life. It seems to die pretty quickly.

Bought the 32GB iPod Touch 6th gen for my wife for Christmas. It's a HUGE improvement over her old one(8GB iPod Touch 1st gen). The screen has a great viewing angle. It's thin and lightweight, and sounds great with the bluetooth headphones I bought her. Plan on getting the 64GB version for myself to replace my 4th gen 64GB iPod Touch :D.

Great sound, easy to use long battery life and compact

I had a used Ipod that was ok but this new one is amazing. I really love the fact that I don't have to plug it in to download music that I have purchased on itunes just connect to the internet and choose to download it. I was skeptical about getting an ipod or just an mp3 player but I'm glad I got my ipod.

Newest iOS, of course. Each new generation of iPod changes something about the size, camera, etc. These things are a solid purchase, Apple products just work. Upgraded our twins' iPods from 16 G - 4th gen. to 32 G - 6th gen. (we inherited their old ones which still work great). You can't go wrong with iPods.

Does nearly everything the iPhone does at a portion of the price. The only thing it doesn’t have is the phone capability. It has helped keep my iPhone storage a little more clear, so that it runs faster. I enjoy the Bluetooth capability that quickly syncs with my vehicle too!

My iPod Nano, which I loved for its size, capacity and ease of use, died after many years of constant use. It was the perfect size to put in your pocket, didn't need an armband for exercising, and fit nicely in my car system because it had a jack which my iPhone doesn't have. I was really, really annoyed at Apple for discontinuing that size and after looking at possible replacements from other vendors, none came even close. Not in the same universe even. I really hated putting out that much money for a Touch. I'd had one a long time ago and it was nice, but slightly bulky and heavy. Figuring I could always bring it back if I hated it, I got one on sale. Being that I'm already in the Apple IOS universe, loading it with all my playlists, and even apps, was a cinch. If you already have an iPhone or iPad, iOS will set everything up for you just as you have it on either device. All the settings, passwords, everything...done. However, what surprised me was its size, weight and capacity. It's still larger than the Nano (curse you Apple) but I like it. It charges quickly, holds its charge well, and looks pretty slick. Here's what I didn't expect...it has an ACTUAL JACK for my headphones so I can plug it into my car system. I really didn't want to like it and I'm still concerned that it won't be as rugged as the little Nano ( I can see me dropping it on its lovely screen which required getting a screen protector), but even if they made the Nano, I'd still like this for its capacity and other benefits the Nano didn't have.. Oh yeah, being in the Apple universe, if my iPhone rings while I'm listening to music or somewhere where I don't have my phone, I can answer the call on my Touch. Okay, the Nano couldn't do that.

love the thin sleek look and all the available apps which makes this tool more than a mp3 player. it's easy to use and sounds great as usual! love apple products! no complaints here!

I've gotten every iPod touch since 3rd gen and this is the one best yet. I'm not a phone person so it's perfect for me. Feels the same as the 5 but works much better and has a better camera. With no monthly bill and being able to talk in wifi, this is the way to go!
