It’s a great computer and the quality is good and you can do a lot on this computer like download apps and watching movies and listen to music and the size is good for traveling or office, school.

as of right now, this laptop is great! :) it was everything i wanted. runs smoothly and fast. i’m hoping it’ll remain that way! some reviews said after a few months things went south. hoping that’s not my case. it is scratched though.

MacBook Air is a good laptop however for the price is not worth it, laptop has dents and scratches and the worse part is that the battery needs maintenance which is that needs to be replace disappointed for a $539 dollars laptop.

Has been about 1 month since I got this Macbook Air. Came in great condition with a charger. Was clean and free from scratches. So far everything works fine and the battery lasts quite a while.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but I took the risk and I’m so glad I did. This laptop came in such great condition. It basically came brand new. No dents, no scratches. I’ve had no internal problems with it either. I have zero complaints. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to any body looking for a laptop

Shouldn’t refurbished items be sold clean? You should have the seen the dirt that came off the laptop when I cleaned it for the first time. Also, scuff and scratch marks on the laptop (not disclosed before purchase) and a battery at the end of its life that will not hold a charge. I have put in a claim with the warranty company. Shame on Best Buy for not having better oversight of its refurbished electronics.

If I could rate it a zero I would but I can’t. You call this refurbished lol it’s junk it won’t even allow an update. And it looks like someone threw it out of the car window. Complete trash don’t buy it. Furthermore Best Buy you want to charge me 100$ to erase it poor customer service this thing is junk. You shouldn’t have sold me junk it was false advertisement saying it’s like new lol I should sue yall dents all over this thing

Bought this in late 2023 and used it for about a year before I was gifted a newer laptop. It was my first mac and I'll likely not go back to a Windows after seeing how long a mac can really last even with the advances in technology. It's small, lightweight, fast, and easy to use. I have an iphone and was happy to be able to respond to texts on the laptop. My only cons: I use SPSS and R for data analysis - R was fine, but SPSS regularly crashed. This is pretty common for SPSS, but its never happened on my 2024 model laptop. The wifi connection at (my very large) university was not great. On a good day, the wifi never disconnected. On the worst day, it disconnected over and over again. This is likely due to the older technology, size of my university, and the improvements to internet systems over the years. The battery was also starting to deteriorate about a year in, but I would say the battery life (even as it wanes) is on par with any cheaper current laptop. No matter the cons, best laptop I had up until 2023 and if anything happens to my currently laptop, I will happily pull this one back out and use it.

It works really well and came in great condition, it works perfectly and the protection on it is great as well! I use it daily and it works fast and is extremely reliable. I use it for school and personal projects and is super easy to navigate and separate my projects!

Bought these for kids to use for school and they were in such great condition. Condition like new. We were really surprised how quickly they arrived and delighted at the quality and condition these were in. Everything works perfectly. Great value and great buy.

The Macbook is in perfect condition, just a few light scratches, but they are hardly noticeable. It does not lag at all so far. I bought it to use for college and i think it will be perfect.

I needed a replacement laptop after my beloved Macbook pro died after 12 good years. I found this Macbook Air and have been overall happy with it. The price is good, my only complaint is that the charger they sent with the laptop isn't working very well. The laptop itself is good and in good working order so I'm overall happy with the refurbished computer.

I bought this refurbished device to get a taste of Apple, without spending thst big money on a new one. It lasted less than 3 months. Luckily I bought it from Best Buy and not a Market Place seller, cause they took it back. Went in for an exchange and after "schooling" the employees that the device was covered, they took it back, since the location I was at Geek Squad does not work on apple, let alone refurbished ones.
