I just got my laptop today. For now Everything is okay with it just the fact that it had a tiny crack by the screen.

It’s Amazing I love it I was expecting it to be broken but it came in good condition

I love my new Mac book everything runs great and I would buy again

It’s perfectly fine laptop but it overheats to quick, i only used it for 25 minutes and it was hot and fan was on but other then that its good,it was definitely worth my 490 bucks.

Great computer for the price so far im very happy with it!

I found this particular laptop in excellent conditions. Love it.

The Computer came with damage, I returned It immediately ( July 17) order BBY01-806775493597, I am waiting for refund

I love the size as it fits comfortably in my lap as well as in a stand. Fast and plenty of memory. Lack of ports but that is easy to deal with by getting an extender. Refurbished but acts and looks like new.

It's a Mac, so it's a great deal as long as you get a good one. My first one had overheating issues and it took a lot of effort to get it resolved with Best Buy. It was a Geek Squad Certified unit, but beware, there is only a 90-day warranty on it. Had I known this I would have purchased elsewhere.

what can I say? not everyone can buy a brand new Mac, and Geek Squad makes it possible. it's not just a scuff free, beautiful Mac, it is actually a quality item. The rigorous measures to which all refurbished products must adhere only prove Best Buy's commitment to the consumer. To say I'm happy with my purchase, is an understatement. The truth is, everyone can have an amazing mac for work or play. This is my second refurbished Mac purchase. The first lasted 8 years and still works. This year's purchase served to spoil myself with a quality and reliable Mac with breaking the bank. You won't regret your purchase.

The computer works great, as expected. However, when shipped the accessories (i.e. charger was incorrect). I was sent an old apple charger cord & a USB-C block (which the cord was USB to plug in, so it would work anyway), however, this computer requires a USB-C cord, so I just had to purchase that separately.

I really loved it ! it works so well and it’s so in good conditions. I always wanted a MacBook but it’s always so expensive and I couldn’t afford enough also because I’m not from here so making money is not easy, for sure this purchase was worth it ! I use it every time specially for college, I’m so happy ! I will be buying more stuff also from here !

I purchased it for my kid. It is light, efficient and a perfect MacBook for any workload

I love it. Easy to use. Appealing to the eye. No tell tell signs that it has eber been used. Excellent refurbished product.

Works As published. Using this computer for my mini studio.

This product is amazing, is working as if it would have been new.

Works great. As advertised as well as it came in early. It was a good idea to trust this.

I loved the laptop, I was really afraid it wouldn't be good because it was already second-hand, but I confess that it's perfect! as if it were new, fast loading, doesn't crash, the screen and sound are great! I would highly recommend this product for having a positive experience with it! Thank you best buy team for the excellent work!

Ideal for a college student. Very handy, perfect size, weight and speed. A must have laptop.

Works well, can be laggy at times, but expected. It came with a couple of scratches on the back.
