Computer works great however it would have been great if the charger was included with the purchase.

I bought a refurb macbook thinking that im going to have to fix it even further, but for the price the macbook pro came in great condition. Only complaints are that the charger it came with was a little sketchy so i used the money i had put towards fixing it to buy a new charger, and the battery has quite a few cycles on it so i will eventually have to get that replaced. Overall great product

The laptop itself is great but the charger that cane with dont work thats the only downside.

By the grace of God I haven’t had any problems with it. The one thing I will say is that, the laptop says it’s interior battery is at 100% but it seems to die fast when using Logic Pro x.

I expected some wear and tear on a refurbished MacBook, but what I got was disappointing. The laptop has backlight bleeding, and the charger doesn't even work. I've already visited the store twice for help, only to be told to contact customer service, which is now directing me back to the store for a third time. To make matters worse the laptop is out of stock, and I'm unsure if I can exchange it before the return/exchange window closes. I can't even return it because I need a laptop for school, and waiting for a replacement isn't an option. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

I Went Through About For Other Laptops Until I Found The Perfect 1 For My Needs & This Was A Great Purchase!

For the most part, it works well, but something is wrong with the battery and the charger. The battery doesn't last like it should, and the charger seems to have a short. Gonna take them back to the store on Monday.

Unhappy, got the item preowned and it had a battery issue and motherboard issue

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Like others, I got a cheap charger that did not work fresh out of the box, and the battery on this device dies quickly even when put the sleep. Not what you expect when paying $900 for a device

Purchased the computer online in January. So far the computer is fine. However, the power adapter they included (cheap knockoff from China) went bad and of course because it is an accessory it is not covered under warranty. If you are in a bind with $$ then take a chance...but buyer beware they do cut corners when they can.

Looked brand new minus the smallest chip on the lid, easily protected and covered with a case. Shipping was secure.
