The computer itself is great, if you don’t mind few dents on a body and adhesive visible on screen seam.

After downloading two graphic softwares I use for work, the screen started shaking up and down in a glitchy way. I called apple support but they were not able to fix it so I returned it. It works fine just to watch videos but if you’re doing graphic work and have multiple softwares open at the same time I wouldn’t recommend it

In good condition. Does do a glitch noise at times when clicking on applications to open them but not enough for it to really be an issue.

A month in and the only issue I am having is one of the letters on the keyboard tends to repeat on me at times. It's a five year old mac that appears to be in good to very good condition. It should serve me well for years to come.

This works great so far. I was a little skeptical at first being a refurbished product, but received it as if it was brand new and have peace of mind that it was Geek Squad certified.

Laptop came looking pretty much brand new, however, the battery dies very quickly. It was also on the website as a 2019 model, but it’s actually a 2017 model.

I love this laptop, way better then any nonMac. I highly recommend.

Pros - Work perfectly without any issues.16 GB intel mac at a very good price. Cons: Comes with some low quality non mac charger. Keyboard design is one of the recall keyboard.

This was refurbished. I returned it for a new one because Apple did not allow me to purchase a warranty because it was used. I though it was too expensive for me not to have a warranty

Battery life deteriorated months after buying. The battery died and would not hold a charge at all after 18 months.

Broke after only having it for 2 months and now I can’t afford to fix it either

The keyboard had an issue that caused it to repeat letters randomly. It would have been a 3 week repair. Fortunately, I was able to return it and buy something that works better for me.
